“A little disappointed one of the anklets I purchased was too big. Loved the style and quality of them but too big for my ankle”

“The jewellery is lovely quality and really good quality, it is only the delivery I have a problem with. I have still not received the second part of my order . I wish Abbot Lyon would not use EVRI for delivery. They never ever deliver to my home and I have to go to a parcel shop to collect which is not a very welcoming place. This is even more of a problem because I am shortly going to have an operation and I will not be able to drive for 6 weeks. Please take note as all other home delivery drivers deliver to my address without any issues.”

“I was happy with the necklace. Looks very nice. I was not happy with the fact there was no indication I would have to pay a fee to their shipping company for half the cost of the necklace to clear customs. Made the total cost very unreasonable.”

“The earrings are lovely but for some reason I am struggling to insert them in my ears? The post is hook shaped and they just will not push through. I will give them to my daughter instead. No qualms using this company though. The merchandise is lovely and I will buy again but only straight posts no hoops.”

“Dispatched ok on time but once again evri has ruined the delivery and caused package to be 2 days late so birthday was missed. Happened twice now. Abbott is a good company with quality items but i will not use anymore until evri is changed for deliveries”

“Beautiful jewellery, very dissapointed with the packaging I understand there is an option to purchase ,but for how expensive the jewelry is and knowing even a well known household name and jewellery shop can supply a simple box with their jewellery so to receive the jewellery in just a little cardboard packet was an insult to how much the items cost. I purchased several items costing a few hundred pounds, and I can understand the individual letter and charms to be in a small package but for the customised bracelet to arrive in the package and not a small box, I think packaging needs to be addressed to either include it in the pricing or to at least supply the basic box. This has unfortunately left me only to give you a 3 star review.”

“I have only used Abbott Lyon twice so far. Delivery was prompt...unfortunately the delivery driver left my parcel in a puddle, but that's not their fault! I ordered some earrings that I had previously ordered as they were so beautiful, I bought some for both of my daughters. Unfortunately, on my most recent purchase, one of the earrings is more 'elliptical' and slightly out of shape, but I'm hoping, when worn, this won't show! Overall, very happy and would use this company again.”
