“Purchased hoop earrings in gold and silver, they were very uncomfortable On first wearing I actually had to take them out as they felt like they were pulling my earlobes down. The look of them was amazing so I discarded the packaging. An expensive mistake because I won't wear them again.”

“After my order I received a couple of emails saying my order was being processed, then I heard nothing for a couple of weeks, I had to contact Abbott Lyon at this point, my order was the dispatched the next day.”

“Product is great but when I ordered the necklace i ordered one size but when it came it wasn’t long enough so I thought I’d be able to exchange the necklace go the next size up. I chatted online explaining the situation they said they didn’t do exchanges but they would give me a credit note for £42 for when I ordered the new one. When I went to place the order for the longer one it wouldn’t just let me buy the necklace as it came with an initial and birthstone so I had to buy it all again I used my credit note of £42 but still ended up paying another £46 towards it. If anyone on here could please explain to me why that was that would be much appropriated”

“Ive received a few items from AL and always been really happy with them especially the zodiac watch so I thought I'd order my friend a special 60th present of a name chain with her grandchildrens names on .but when it arrived I was highly disappointed..sadly the names can not be read clearly ,its very thin also.highly disappointed 😞”

“I ordered a beautiful gift for my daughter's 50th birthday. Delivery was very delayed and after many e mails forward and back one of which told myself not to e mail again as my order maybe further delayed?? Rude! Anyway the necklace finally arrived only to be faulty. Very disappointing indeed. My daughter did love it though as I designed it all myself..me a man!! However since I have been in contact with a lovely person Hermione who was very apologetic and will hopefully send me a new necklace to replace faulty one. I've yet to know! The jewellery is lovely but my experience has not been a good one and I don't think I'd recommend Abbott Lyon to anyone.”

“Order placed Nov the 30th, On the screen prior to ordering product it states 'takes up to 15 days to make' or something similar. Purchased and then was given an expected delivery date of 30th Dec..... Contacted customer services and was told rest assured this will arrive well in time for Xmas. Xmas was fast approaching so I used live chat which then assured me no later than the 23rd. I then emailed customer services to double check and they confirmed this. On the 22nd I received an email saying unfortunately it won't arrive and will revert to 30th December, as originally told when purchasing. Shortly after this I was told that this date was incorrect, and infact it would be despatched on this date so should arrive 3rd Jan. To be fair I was given a 75 gift voucher and my purchase finally arrived. Disappointing overall, but the goods were delivered.”
