“I bought a set with 2 pairs of earrings. I selected ordinary packaging and I was very impressed by the way it came. Very elegant and packaged very well. The earrings slightly let it down as the were alot smaller than shown but the quality was good and they were lovely on. Also,delivery came very quicklly so other than the actual size of the earrings, overall I was satisfied”

“Not able to leave a positive review as I’m still waiting to receive the items I ordered a week ago. Ongoing issue with the delivery company with no one it seems able to resolve the issue!!”

“This review can’t reflect my purchases. I haven’t received them yet. Evri, your couriers have failed to deliver them (twice they say- no evidence on my ring devices and even though we were in, and left instructions in case we were out), I am stuck waiting. The issue has been referred to your customer services and once they knew the history, they contacted Evri immediately. I also contacted Evri. They have promised that my items will be with me by today (they said yesterday!). I can tell you that if they aren’t, and they don’t appear at my home, I suspect they have been stolen as other, ‘not as valuable’ packages have arrived. I will post about these items if and when they arrive.”

“Im saddened to only five three stars but my experience was spoilt by the fact that Evri were used to deliver my gift . It arrived late .. too late for the occasion and no had to buy another gift locally . I’m having trouble with Evri on a daily basis and have reluctantly decided not to buy from any retailer using them . It is especially unfortunate where we live as we are in a rural area away from major shops so rely on the online market which at the moment is being ruined by a terrible delivery service from Evri .”

“I ordered this necklace when our daughter was born as a gift for myself. The ordering process was easy and the product arrived quickly considering its custom made. Am I happy overall with the product yes and no... The idea is beautiful and its nicely done but the writing on the necklace is so small its hard to see the concept. A couple of people didn't realise it was our names. I even had to put my glasses on to see it clearly when it arrived. Would I order again.... I don't think so, I am disappointed with the end result.”

“Purchased hoop earrings and talisman bracelet on a great 2 for 1 offer (in my opinion they aren’t worth full price) and was happy with the prompt delivery. Earrings were great but unfortunately the bracelet was not as expected. The advertised talisman bracelet has the wrong photos on the website and instead of a friendship fastening has a clasp fastening. I contacted customer service who were very quick to respond and they explained that the bracelet received was correct and they were working with the website providers to get the correct photos uploaded and I could get a refund or credit note. I do like the bracelet so kept it however am disappointed that what I as ordered as advertised didn’t arrive. The pictures still haven’t been changed almost a week later which doesn’t seem a big task or they could add a note to the item stating the difference so customers are aware. So I would say be careful in case the product you receive isn’t quite what you ordered. It has made me dubious about ordering anything further from Abbott and Lyon I am afraid.”

“Having ordered a bracelet and it was too big AL customer service was 100% perfect in supporting the return and reordering of smaller size. Unfortunately after wearing it for the first time the finish of it being quite rough it pulled a few stitches on an outfit so I am now going to be very cautious about wearing it again!”

“Bought a ring it had a small fault in it Abbot Lyon answered my email in a matter of an hour , organised a return slip and I posted it back Friday and by Monday the replacement arrived Great customer service I have bought different items from them love the quality and I’m sure I’ll be buying more in the future Thanks. “The jewellery is lovely quality and really good quality, it is only the delivery I have a problem with. I have still not received the second part of my order . I wish Abbot Lyon would not use EVRI for delivery. They never ever deliver to my home and I have to go to a parcel shop to collect which is not a very welcoming place. This is even more of a problem because I am shortly going to have an operation and I will not be able to drive for 6 weeks. Please take note as all other home delivery drivers deliver to my address without any issues.”

“I was happy with the necklace. Looks very nice. I was not happy with the fact there was no indication I would have to pay a fee to their shipping company for half the cost of the necklace to clear customs. Made the total cost very unreasonable.”
