A bit disappointed as one of my necklaces was delivered to my daughter in Maidenhead and I need it in Northumberland. Fortunately my son in law brought it up for me, but if he hadn’t, my granddaughter would not have had her present. I did contact you to check the necklaces were going to the correct address, as was assured they were !

Very disappointed that an offer which was put up by Stacey Solomon was not adhered to when I placed an order. When I queried this as I was meant to receive a free bracelet with my order and because I did not take a copy of her reel where the offer was placed - I could not get the bracelet.

Hi , I got my order today , it’s a gift for my daughter , I know she will love the earrings, but the bracelet was disappointing, I know it was an offer for Black Friday, but I do think the bracelet looked a lot better in the picture

I don't like the tone of the yellow gold or how the necklace sits when wearing. It's not very shiny and looks like rose gold. My jewellery was not worth the price to be honest, feel rather disappointed with the two pieces I bought.

I’m writing this as I have been asked to leave a review and I appreciate it’s generated by a computer but I can’t review the item as I have never received it sadly Evri seem to have lost my parcel and although Abbott Lyon are aware and state are looking into things I haven’t heard anything back nor have I been offered a replacement or refund so I have nothing for a £75 price tag the customer service team are polite in their emails but haven’t really progressed or resolved anything I’ve emailed them again asking for a solution to be found still awaiting a reply

Normally we love the products and they are exactly as expected however on this occassion the description was supposed tobe a silver beaded neclace with my wifes name spelled with spaces. What we recieved was clear beads, not silver and a small name tag on the neclace.

Quite disappointed in the quality. Necklace looks cheap and the engraving doesn't match with the style of necklace. We did get a great bargain with getting a necklace free however even the quality of that was poor. Really disappointed, it was between this and Dylan Oaks, should have gone for Dylan Oaks style for same price.

I am so disappointed … my personalised clover bracelet lost all of the letters, my silver band one with hearts was keep unlocking it self and I still didn’t receive my Barbie set earrings - even that I order them at the end of September! 😭

I cannot comment on what I order has it has yet to arrive. I ordered my items well over a week ago and paid £5.99 for NI 1-2 days delivery and I am yet to receive. Understandablely it can take a day or so longer, however to be waiting over a week and go ask your chatbot and a customer service advisor that it would not be arriving until at least the 19th is ridiculous. I have now had to delay my best friends birthday present and it is not ok.
