The necklace came out very nice, but the chain could look like better quality. The evil eye ring is very uncomfortable to wear and the band of the ring is not best colouring.

Jewellery arrived and at first glance looked lovely however, the tennis necklace didn’t sit right on my neck so as I bought the other items as a set I decided to send them back. I emailed as instructed and asked for instructions on how to return them. Oh my goodness, it was painful! Every time I replied back I got an email from another person and they kept sending me a generic email saying the same thing. I eventually went through the chat bot and finally they sent me a return label. Unfortunately I won’t be using Abbott Lyon again for this reason.

I have to say the jewellery is fine but your Customer Service is not. I have contacted you twice with regard to returning andorder. Both times I have heard nothing ans had no contact from you whatsoever. Not impressed. I have used this company before and was always very happy with the jewellery purchased.

I absoloutly love ​I absolutely love Abbott Lyon jewellery but the delivery is ridiculous. I have received an email to write a review of the jewellery I have recently ordered but unfortunately I am still waiting for the items to be delivered.

Placed an order- waited the estimated wait time for the order to come in missing items. When I reached out to have this corrected, an entire new order was created (which I didn’t ask for). I started receiving update emails and once my package reached the US i was then informed I would need to pay the customs charge..a customs charge for a package that was supposed to arrive with my original order. I reached out to the company, was told to begin with that this is my responsibility “as outlined on the website” to which I responded that this was the companies mistake, not mine, so I should not have to pay for this package. They did rectify the situation in reimbursing me for the customs charge. However, the new package came in & it is still wrong. It’s the wrong box and I am missing the wax seal. I will not be reaching out again to have this “fixed” as it takes too long, not to mention, I shouldn’t have to- there should be an entire quality control department to make sure the items being shipped are correct and the entire order. As for the bracelet I originally ordered, it’s nice, definitely not as high quality as I was expecting after viewing the website presentation and pictures. But it will do.

The jewellery was lovely , but the costomer service to send back jewellery was not very helpful , I must have sent at least 6 emails to fined out how to sent back the wrong order that I recieved , was very frustrating to get the right help , would not use yous again for jewellery.

I ordered the necklace before Mother’s Day and got told it would arrive in 7-10 working days. Actually it took a month to arrive or maybe more. I had 3 updates to say it was being perfected and then assembled etc but then I got tired of waiting and chased. When I questioned this I got told there has been a delay and apologise which is good, but then someone else told me that it’s on back order and won’t be dispatched until the 19th April. This contradicts what I was told from the start. When the parcel arrived it was in different boxes and we had to assemble it, this is fine and the necklace is really good but again, this contradicts everything I was told about it being perfected and assemble etc. It’s like it was all off the self items. This is not the service I expected.

Not received...Item stuck in Heathrow airport...no follow up till I notified Abbott lyon & accordingly missed the special occasion I ordered for....less emails prior to dispatch & more attention to delivery journey in my opinion

Although I love the jewellery, the purchase was made for Mother’s Day and guarantee delivery was advertised. The product arrived mid April 2 weeks after which was very disappointing. I contacted them twice regarding the order but the response received wasn’t very satisfactory! You really shouldn’t advertise guaranteed delivery if it’s not going to be!!
