Really disappointed with this piece. I ordered a bracelet with my initial on. It has arrived and the pearlescent backing is scratched and not set in the frame straight. It’s really disappointing as it makes it look cheap. The clasp is also very stiff and I struggle to loosen and tighten it without feeling like I’m going to snap the bracelet
