The stitching on the extended collar was of very poor quality . Its all over the place

Having used your website previously which was fine, my last order didn't materialise. I paid for the item(the money left my account) and then subsequently got an email a day later to say you had no stock which was disappointing.

I placed my order on 5th April- when I received my confirmation order, I was advised I would receive a further email to advise when the item was dispatched. The following day, I received an email to advise that the item had been dispatched using Royal Mail, and I was given a tracking number. I checked the Royal Mail website on a number of occasions, however there was no information available. By 15th April I had not received my order, therefore I sent an email to find out what was happening. By coincidence, the order arrived that day, but was not delivered by Royal Mail, but instead by a courier company- Interlink. Fortunately someone was in to take delivery, as it was clear the order would have been left on the doorstep otherwise. No signature was requested. I did receive a telephone call from 80's Casual Classics, in response to my email which was appreciated. Unfortunately the item was not as hoped, and therefore a call was made on Monday to arrange a refund and a return. We were advised that as there had been a problem with the order, the order would be collected on Tuesday between 9am-2pm by a courier, however this did not happen. When I called to query this, the collection was rearranged for Wednesday, which did take place. In light of the above, I am not happy with my experience with 80's Casual Classics due to the time it took to process the order (10 days from order to delivery as opposed to 48 hours) and also due to the fact that despite being advised it would be delivered by Royal Mail and being given a tracking number, it was sent by courier. I look forward to a full refund, to include the P&P costs for my order, given the above problems. On a brighter note, the customer services staff were helpful and resolved the query when contacted to arrange the return, which was appreciated. Many thanks- I look forward to hearing from you.

You didn't put my address on it so the parcel company kept it until I had to call them and chase it.

Advertising Lois jeans but don't have them in stock and not knowing when or if your getting them back. I bought some kickers and kappa jacket to mainly go with the jeans. So not happy at all

Dear Customer Service, My order number is: 27121 (WEB27121) I do not have a way of calling the number that you guys provide with, therefore I am sending this message. I did not get any conformation that my order has been processed, shipped and obviously it is not delivered even thought I ordered my shoes 2 weeks ago. I was just curious when you guys will do that? Everything was good except that UPS is worthless. You have to be home for a whole day just for a delivery?!? People actullay do have a job and school to go to.

Unfortunately on recieving my jacket the zip was dented in so this meant that i had to try and fix it just to get the jacket on!! Im still having issues with the zipper. Usually takes around 5 minutes to zip up without the zip splitting. Highly dissapointed

I placed an order on 8 January 2016 , order number 15994. For the following items : 1 Blue and yellow Adidas trefoil T-shirt 1 navy ellese beanie hat 1 navy ellese alzia baseball cap.Which I received on 19 January . Two days later I received the exact same order as above , I don't know why. I wish to keep the T-shirt and return the two hats which I posted this morning, The cost for me to ship it back to you was $25.49 ,if you deduct the cost of the T-shirt from the cost of the postage to return the hats leaves a balance of $10.52, Which you can either bill to the existing credit card I have on file or waive the fee for my inconvenience I don't mind which. The reason its poor rating is because my first order of light brown lois jumbo cords didnt arrive for 3 days after my order and the cords were the wrong colour they were navy blue

Unfortunately despite placing and order and receiving prompts to confirm orders, noether credit cards or paypal facility would work, I ranf them to hear try agaib but still did not work, Merchandise good, but payment system abysmal.

Hi Neil, sorry to hear this. We had had some technical issues with our payment gateway at the time which is part of the reason you may not have been able to place an order. These issues have now been resolved, so if you in future try to place an order that does not go through customer services will happily place the order for you over the phone if you are UK based. I bought a present for my boyfriend and when it arrived the packaging looked like at had been opened and it was all damaged the packaging.

Your order has been dispatched to you and shows as being delivered on the 23/12/15. Our customer service team have emailed you over the tracking details for your parcel.

Disappointed with P&P costs. Wanted to replace my order due to a sizing issue but have had to pay to return item then re-order and pay for P&P again. Not competitive with other online Companies.

Hi Sally, unfortunately we don't have a system in place where we can offer free returns at this point in time. We are working on trying to find ways to make returns easier for customers. Until then apologies and hope to have you shopping with us again in the future.

I ordered a top on the 20th of November still no confirmation that the item is on the way. My friend order after me and he has revived all his items.

Hi Craig unfortunately when the packing team went to pick your order they realised it had ran out of stock so refunded you straight away and send you an email on the same day to inform you of the refund. Can you please check your email inbox and junk folder around the date of ordering to confirm.
