“i purchased a pair of levis 501s.Ive had them 2 weeks and two of the belt hole have broken away from the jean.I wasn't very happy so I wont be purchasing anymore jeans”

“Although my parcel was delivered quickly the size you had written on the description on you website didn't not match what I had bought, in fact it wasn't even close. It's a shame because it was a really nice coat. Haven't bought anything from your website since because I don't want my time to be wasted hoping that this time I'll have what I want in the size that I asked for.”

“9.99 delivery charge to Ireland is too much. Plus when items have to be returned this has to be paid again, and if you want items resized it means you reorder and pay the 9.99 again. So if one shirt is too big and needs resized you could end up paying £30 to get it delivered. Ridiculous”

“About two months ago i bought the MARSHALL ARTIST DURAWAX SNOW PARKA KHAKI. I absolutly love the jacket. I've been a fan of Marshall Artist for a long time. Except this time the jacket is of poor quality. Not what i expect from a brand like M.A. The pockets and the end of the sleeves are fraying extremely. I've tried to stop it but nothing works. I'm afraid i'm not going to enjoy a long time of this jacket. Which is really a pitty because otherwise it would be perfect!”

“your delivery company is very unreliable. i asked them to leave in a secure place which they agreed to ,but the driver then ignored that and left with a neighbour that i dont comunicate with and didnt even put a note through the door to let me know. i had to guess where it was after a frantic worry of not knowing and wondering where over a £100 worth of clothing had been dumped. i have had previous issues with this courier company with similar results, one time leaving items on my doorstep for all to see!!”

“Shouldn't have to pay twice firstly to get it delivered then to send something back that was to small had to pay for postage so all in all cost me £9!! For something I never even had in the end”
