“On your purchase system appears that you will have options on delivery , I understood that I could then choose express delivery , my son was in the US when I made the purchase but it took more than 10 days for the package to arrive , so now I dont have the items and the package is probably being sent back to you , so then I will have to ask you to deliver it to Mexico.”

“First thing you need to get the larger sizes restocked more often ,I would spend a lot of money if this was the case ,I go on your site 3-4 times a week but still the same sold out on the same items week after week,another thing plz put a size chart up on ur site to give some measurements of brands,my trainer's were fine plz get more trimm trab in ,,kind regards”

I'm very sorry you feel this way as we do put a number of pictures of each item to show the product, however we will pass your comments over to our website/tech team regarding a 360 degree preview of the item. Once we have received the trainers back we will process a refund of the item, an email you a confirmation of this.

“Very disapointed in the fact I bought a pair of kicker boots from this site for a night out that weekend but then got an email saying you were out of stock.Should never of been able to get to the point of paying for an item that wasnt in stock.So I had no new boots for my night out as it was to late to get from anywhere else.”
