Disappointed with P&P costs. Wanted to replace my order due to a sizing issue but have had to pay to return item then re-order and pay for P&P again. Not competitive with other online Companies.

Hi Sally, unfortunately we don't have a system in place where we can offer free returns at this point in time. We are working on trying to find ways to make returns easier for customers. Until then apologies and hope to have you shopping with us again in the future.

I ordered a top on the 20th of November still no confirmation that the item is on the way. My friend order after me and he has revived all his items.

Hi Craig unfortunately when the packing team went to pick your order they realised it had ran out of stock so refunded you straight away and send you an email on the same day to inform you of the refund. Can you please check your email inbox and junk folder around the date of ordering to confirm.

Sizes were way smaller than anything I've ever bought! The products seem fake to me..

Hi. Sorry to hear this. We are the number 1 stockist in the UK of Fila and all our products are genuine. The Settanta MK1 is a slightly fitted and as per our product description we do recommend you order a size up if you like it a bit looser..

I email the following on the 27 July regarding my purchase but have yet to receive any reply: Greetings! I am pleased to inform you that I just received my orders for the two Sergio Tacchini Polo-Shirts I ordered. However I am not pleased that the “Dallas Polo Shirt in White” which supposed to come in Blue Collar turn out to be “White collar” (see photo actual compared to your website picture). I’m surprise how this can happen. Another problem is the size…both of which is supposed to be “Large” but the “Large” size of this “Dallas Polo Shirt” is 22.5 inches as compared to the other Polo Shirt which is “21.5 inches. This makes a difference of 2 inches in circumference. I guess my initial fear of such things happening has really happened which I was hoping it will not. If you were to ask me to courier it back to your company I guess I don’t have the time to. Really disappointed with this purchase.

Hi we have tracked your order online on the interlink tracking website and they have tried to deliver your parcel on 10th July 2015 and they couldn't as no one was in to sign for the item. They are now unable to deliver the parcel due to it being to long with no response from yourself so please contact us to sort the issue out. Regards 80sCC

I sent back the t-shirt I ordered because there was a small tear on the back of the shirt. I am hoping to receive a replacement asap, the same size and colour as this was a present for my dad and he couldn't wear it due to the tear, all tags still attached.

The elesse track bottoms were poor condition like a factory reject. The elesse badge is pulled slightly like its been caught on something.

My ellesse navy blue jacket was bad suprise for me. The zipper was broken and it felt and it felt really low quality. A lot of money wasted there.

Hi they haven't arrived yet as you ordered a pre-order shoe that isn't due for delivery until July. There are notes on the product image and the item description letting customers know this information.

I put this delivery as poor because I was expecting two pairs of trainers and only one pair has turned up! I haven't had no information about where the missing pair of trainers are. Quite a joke. Not happy!

Hi Stanley, we are currently looking at your order and you have purchased two pre-order shoes. On the product page for each shoe it clearly state that they are pre-orders and delivery is expected in June, except the navy spezial as it has now arrived in stock, and that delivery will be in June. We never stated anywhere on the date in June they would arrive as Adidas do not tell us until a day before so we are still awaiting your other pair to arrive to be despatched.

Ordered Friday night, wrote you an email Saturday morning that I missclicked and need the Jacket one size larger. No response at all to my mail, instead the Jacket was shipped on Monday noon in the originally ordered size. So poor customer service in my eyes.

Great clothes and your online service is great! But I made three orders and not one of them was on time. I also paid for next day delivery on them all, that never happened.

Hi Dale, as discussed via email contact previously this was an unfortunate series of events with next working day to Belfast and the courier company, which was something out of our hands. We have refunded postage costs and try to make up for it as talked about. Sorry for the mix ups and delays.

I received my Beckenbaur Allround trainers within 4 days,which was as advertised,but noticed a split down the side about an inch an a half from the trainer to the sole,and instead of returning them,as I needed them for the evening, I super glued the edge down and it seems ok.Poor quality all round really.These trainers should be checked before they are sent out.I wouldn't use 80's Casual Classics Ltd again.
