Nothing wrong with the quality of the trainers I bought ,they were just not comfortable. I'm a little disappointed I didn't receive a full refund seeing as they were returned well within the 14days distant selling agreement. So I've lost £4 plus the cost of return postage approx £10 in total. This makes me very weary of buying from 80s CC again.

Hi Ian, as a gesture of goodwill, this time we will refund your initial postage costs to you for the order. Regarding refunding postage we as the sellers don't have to refund postage as long as our terms and conditions state that we don't do that.

I recently purchased a Kappa polo shirt and did not notice it had a hole in it until I wore it out... Not very happy :(

Ok delivery but very disappointed with the item, was made very poorly and sized really badly.

Hi, Your parcel is on it's way. Here is the latest from the shipping company: Your item, posted on 20/01/15 with reference RS155131595GB has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in PORTUGAL. You should receive it very soon. If not please contact us.

Hi Onur, Sorry the delivery took longer than expected, however on our standard delivery we cannot guarantee how long it will take to arrive. If you need your items quickly we suggest you select our next-day service when ordering.

I'm putting as poor simply because I placed the order, you have taken the money from me, yet not only have the goods not been delivered in time for Christmas, but you have not even sent me a date when the order will be delivered which isn't redlly acceptable and would like to know who I am supposed to contact ??

You sent the wrong colour chords so I never got to wear them for the party they were intended. I returned the item and you sent me the correct colour so issue now resolved.
