My self and my son purchased trainers for a birthday gift when they arrived to the door I had to hand over €75 for customs I have emailed back and forward with you “customer care” team and don’t think they cared or have a rats ass
My point is... you advertise covid restrictions but not brexit issues .... and don’t as your “customer care “ team did put it back on the courier because you choice them.
I have had no cost on any other orders I have made with other companies
