“Have used this site before with no problems but on this occasion i did receive a cheaper alternative quote on another similar website from a company who also gave a quote on this site & i'm sure it was for the same gearbox! However 1st Choice do offer a star rating on their suppliers which the other site did not.”
“Very bad service ordered the parts and been told 3 to 4 working days delibery. After these days when i called them they said sorry we have got damaged parts and cant complete the ordered. It would be best either tell me advanved that these parts are damaged or should have called me that this has happened and sorry for your incovience.”

“Part was delivered well after promised delivery date..even with my registration number the wrong model part was delivered and in very poor condition..even if the door was for my mk 2 gs300 it could not be fitted as it's in worse condition than the damaged one currently on it..stay away from this company and I will never use them again.”

Having received the item, it turned out to be not suitable for my particular car. I requested a refund, to which the supplier agreed and made as soon as the item had been returned.
In acting as an intermediary, 1st Choice Spares facilitated the refund agreement with no delay and I am very grateful for this. It also depends on whether the parts are available and those in short supply, can sometimes come with a premium.
We try to find the best price and it may be worth repeating a request, a day or two later.
