“Very helpful on the phone and the follow up e mails ,the delivery was the day after I was informed it would be, but I think that was due to a misunderstanding,but overall a good company to deal with.”
“DO NO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY I PAID £42 FOR A APART THEY PHONED ME TO SAY IT WAS BROKEN, I THEN TOLD THEM ON THE PHONE TO STOP LOOKING AND I BOUGHT THE PART I NEEDED FROM GERMANY SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY REFUND AS THEY PROMISED IF THEY DID NOT PROVIDE THE PART THEY WOULD GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK I HAVE PHONED AND PHONED AND I AM SICK OF EMAILING AND GETTING NO ANSWERS NO RETUN CALLS SO I PHONED CAPITAL ONE. THEN IT GOT WORSE, I HAVE FILLED IN FORMS 5 TIMES FOR CAPITAL ONE AND AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF SENDING ANOTHER FORM BACK THAT ARRIVED FROM THEM TO GET MY £42 BACK. DO NOT DEAL.”
