After requesting an oil cap for a suzuki celerio, I was told it was stock so I paid over the phone, monday it was supose to arrive, it was 2 days late and the wrong oil cap, after sending a video with the correct one and the one the one they actually sent me they told me they would get back to me but I've had no response, I am now waiting using an emergency oil cap when I could have purchased one sooner from someone else, very not happy, Then they rang me asking me to change the bad Google review. They then said I should have sent an image of the correct item that fits, even though they said they have a suzuki celerio oil cap in stock. After phoning back a few days later they said it must have been lost in the post, They then said we will send it out and it should be here Monday... Apauling customer service! What a waste of time and money! I will not change a bad review after bad customer service, even if someone rings me and asks me to change it! Good customer service deserves good reviews simple as that!

absolutely no communication delayed three times and had to chase them on the phone every time I wanted to know anything

The breakers I dealt with was terrible service ordered a part paid for it every excuse under the sun when I rang to see where it was deffo not using again waqqus butt shouldn't be trading😒

3 respondents did not have the correct sized wheel, which is OK. However 2 dealers claimed to have the correct wheel, and promised delivery next day or in 2-3 days. In both cases payment was not taken and nothing arrived. This was in spite of being told they would send a tarcking number by Whatsapp in the second case. I cannot detect a fraud, but replaced 2 credit cards to be on the safe side.

Whilst I have no issue with 1st Choice Spares specifically, I’m very much unimpressed with the business I was connected with. I very specifically requested a rear wheel, supplying the correct part number and bead size. Unfortunately, after having confirmed my requirements I was sent an incorrect part. Turns out the breaker went on eBay to purchase the item. The reason I went to the breaker network in the first place was because I couldn’t find the part I needed on the open market, including eBay. I had to wait 10 days for delivery, and now have to return the item. On trying to speak with the breakers yard I am told the owner is unavailable and continually get connected to a call centre in India Eventually I was supplied with a returns label that only covered the parcel weight up to 2kgs. The wheel weighs 16kg, so more back and forth. The whole process has been extremely frustrating to say the least.

First and only time using it, ordered after being given a quote and now I’m out of money and haven’t received the parcel. Had to take the lose and order elsewhere. Will never order from again and would recommend anyone else to not use 1st choice

Received 6 quotes, all bar one being a reasonable price. Decided to go with Ford Spares Ltd which gave a 3 month guarantee and was 5* rated by 1st Choice. I confirmed the part number with the company and paid on the Friday afternoon through the 1st choice website expecting the part to arrive, as informed by the company, by the following Wednesday at the latest but nothing arrived. I phoned twice on Thursday and once on Friday and received assurance that the part was on its way - which turned out not to be true. I phoned again on the followuing Monday to be told the company had some staffing difficulties the previous week which resulted in my part not being sent. I was promised receipt by Wednesday but nothing arrived. I phoned again on Thursday morning to be told the carrier had been unable to get to me on Wednesday but would deliver by Friday. I was completely surprised when the part came on the Thursday afternoon. This saga should not have happened. Firstly I blame 1st choice for advertising a company as 5* when obviously it was not. I also blame Ford Spares Ltd for not giving me a truthful explanation of what was going on insted of trying to fob me off. The truth is much more acceptable than a pack of lies. I was particularly annoyed at the unacceptable delay in receiving the part as I had arranged with my local garage for it to be fitted two days after it had first been promised. I had to apologise to the garage for messing them around through no fault of my own. 1st Choice, you need to be more aware of the capabilities of the companies who you deal with otherwise your reputation will sink to the same level of those companies.

Didn’t send the item I paid for. Orders on the 28th and eventually cancelled on the 10th after being told it would arrive in 5 business days. Called twice to ask for an email to see where it was and received nothing.

Placed order with breakers yard for drivers side shaft and hub and you changed it to near side hub so I received the wrong part

Terrible .was told my part would arrive within three to five working days . Its been nine days since I ordered it and have just had an email to say it could be up to another five working days.

I ordered coil springs for my car on Thursday 6 June via yourselves from MG automotive Ltd. I was informed when I paid the parts would be with me in 3 to 5 working days. Today,over a week later I contacted MG Automotive and asked about when they would be delivered, extremely disappointingly, I was told they had not been dispatched yet. My cat is off the road while I wait on these parts,this is a shockingly poor service. Perhaps you can help?

Msg never sent a part. I offered them to collect they said no they don't accept collection. Then 10 days later they told me part missing in transit. Fake because they never even sent the part. Waisted money and time .lost job's as my van is still not fixed. After 10 days I now have to wait 5 extra days for my refund... maybe first choice are OK but the people doing listing are scam. I would not recommend anyone buy from MSG Ltd..

Do not waste your time with this! The site is fraudulent at best only knows what they will do with your personal information.. parts confirmed over a few calls and emails paid got a receipt then nothing no contact no refund and I'm still on the search for the parts required waste of time and money
