The photos did not truly reflect the poor condition of the boot lid, there are more than four deep scratches, several dents, multiple minor scratches and rust blemishes.
The boot lid was delivered without any wrapping or protection against damage in transit. It is in worse condition than the boot I was hoping to replace it for.
The £174 I paid is an absolute waste of money.

“Have ordered a handbrake and control unit and have paid. Delivery quoted as 5-7 working days. Is now 9 days and parts not received. Called customer service but no answer. Called sales who said they would transfer me to customer service but just rang and then cut off. Very poor service, need the parts to be sent or a refund.”

“The website is great and easy to use. They suggest paying via PayPal or credit card only. The issue came when I placed an order for a part that had been matched via part number. Poor contact from seller, in the end paid via PayPal on 1st choice. Seller took ages to send then parcel wasn't as described (not the correct part number). Had to open a case with PayPal and escalate it as seller as to return but wouldn't give me return address. I also had to return at my own expense and still no refund as seller hasn't updated to say delivered. Proceed with caution. Don't recommend A and C AUTO SALVAGE”

“Ordered window motor, chose the company the had a 3 month guarantee. Item arrived and mechanic attached it, but it caught fire and you can see part of motor had corroded pins. Company not taking any responsibility and said they would call me back but haven’t!!”

“Originally seemed good, part available, paid, then a voicemail querying fitment. Following my response absolutely no reply for a week despite chasing a reply multiple time across several media. Only when I called for the fourth time, still no callback and first I know is an email with a note added to the original confirmation saying part “damaged”, and a refund in several days, when the money was taken straight away. Shocking customer service, and a week wasted with my car still of the road.”

“I purchased a suspension strut and top mount from Sunrise Parts, ref number 19940185. Unfortunately the strut was wrong but the mounting was OK. Twice I rang and spoke to Khan who promised to check if he another strut in stock but he didn't bother to call me back on both occasions. In order to get my car back on the road I purchased a new replacement strut. On my 3rd call to Sunrise Parts i have offered to pay for the mounting and send back the incorrect strut but he has refused.
All in all a very poor service from a company that you give a 4 star rating.”

Ordered a part from a Company on their platform which I have not received. Customer Services with the Company have been unhelpful and they have never followed up any of my enquiries other than push the same answer that it was delivered. Buyer beware.”

“Needed a near side door window and had a reply within 5 minutes. All good so far but I had to pay via paypal of which I do not have an account so payed it as a guest, £35. After four days asked where my window was and it turned out it was broken in transit so another was dispatched. It arrived 3 or 4 days later, broken. The firm said they would source another. After five days I asked them and it was decided that they were unable to do so and a refund was to be given. I dont know if it was given as I have no paypal account, the firm said that paypal would reimberce my account. They haven't. I do not blame the firm as they tried really hard to get me my window, although I had to do all the chasing when things did not arrive and their package protection was obviously rubbish.
The fact however cannot be avoided that the saga went on for nearly a whole month with no resolution and me £35 out of pocket. I then had to buy a new one at £105 so it would have saved me money if only it had been properly packaged at the first attempt.”

“Absolutely gutted.. bought an engine from MGS for £2600 with every single penny I have and the engine hasn’t arrived. It hasn’t arrived within the 5-7 days they said it would and no one can give me any answers as to where it is. My van is currently sat in a mechanics waiting to be fixed but there’s no sign of the engine. Email response is they will look into it but never got back to me. Called a few times but no one seems to have a clue where it is and keep saying someone will look into it, but as yet, they haven’t got back to me.
Last phone call they said next week someone will get back to me. It’s a bank holiday as well. How long does it take to find an engine?? Someone MUST know whether it’s been sent or not. One man on the phone said they would have to see if the engine has even been removed from previous vehicle yet.
I wouldn’t mind so much if it’s delayed or something if at least someone could give some info on when it’ll arrive or where it is now.
I’ve not even received a single apology from the 3 different people that I’ve spoken with - over the phone - Very disappointed!!”

“After requesting an oil cap for a suzuki celerio, I was told it was stock so I paid over the phone, monday it was supose to arrive, it was 2 days late and the wrong oil cap, after sending a video with the correct one and the one the one they actually sent me they told me they would get back to me but I've had no response, I am now waiting using an emergency oil cap when I could have purchased one sooner from someone else, very not happy,
Then they rang me asking me to change the bad Google review.
They then said I should have sent an image of the correct item that fits, even though they said they have a suzuki celerio oil cap in stock.
After phoning back a few days later they said it must have been lost in the post,
They then said we will send it out and it should be here Monday...
Apauling customer service!
What a waste of time and money!
I will not change a bad review after bad customer service, even if someone rings me and asks me to change it!

“3 respondents did not have the correct sized wheel, which is OK. However 2 dealers claimed to have the correct wheel, and promised delivery next day or in 2-3 days. In both cases payment was not taken and nothing arrived. This was in spite of being told they would send a tarcking number by Whatsapp in the second case. I cannot detect a fraud, but replaced 2 credit cards to be on the safe side.”
