AAH Automotive Solutions appear helpful and won't leave you alone until they've got your money, then they become very difficult to deal with and do not reply to texts or answer calls. I eventually received one of the parts I required, but the other didn't turn up (even though they had lead me to believe it would). They then said they would refund me for the part but never did, completely ignoring any attempt I made to contact them. Given they are very difficult to deal with, act deceptively and don't honor refunds, they don't even deserve 1 star - avoid this trader like the plague!

When I finally got through by phone , I was asked to upload a piccy with email to show what I needed , no response ,,, left messages no response … left text message no response …. They said they would ring back when I gave them the reference number … still waiting

Complete shambles. Bought a gearbox 16th July, took two weeks to deliver and it turned up with the selector module removed. After multiple calls, messages photos, finally received the selector on 11 Aug. Car went to garage and mechanics found that it was the wrong gearbox i had been sent. Car is finally fixed after stripping parts from my car and the gearbox provided. The breaker who i dealt with told multiple lies about shipment etc and the whole process was ridiculously long and to find out that it was not the right part was seriously disappointing. I would never recommend using the website to anyone due to the poor service from Royton Car+Van Brkrs ltd who i paid 325GBP for an incorrect gearbox.

On your recommendation I ordered a replacement rear nearside door for my 2014 Citroen C 4 Picasso from Cit-Ren of Norwich. This was duly sent to me at a cost of£100 + £40 carriage + VAT. A total of £168.00. When it arrived and was unpacked it was immediately obvious that it was the wrong door for my car, being either for another model or earlier model and would not fit. I immediately rang Cit-RAen to complain and at the request of ‘Gary’ sent photographs by email of both doors to illustrate the difference. Since then I have tried repeatedly, without success to speak to Gary and have been told he was not in or unavailable and would ring me back. He has not done so or replied to my email. I cannot help but think that he is avoiding me! I would be grateful if you would use whatever influence you have with this company to bring this matter to a successful conclusion, either by way of the correct door or a full refund of the £168.00. I am unable to repack the door for return as It came on a pallet wrapped in polythene sheeting and with two large tyres as protection. I have no means of polythene roll wrapping the item.

I was sent a part for my Purgeot car which was incorrect, the site says that there are free returns. You are asked to fill in a returns form after several e-mails suggesting that you should not repeat e-mails to them. I have done all that they asked and have still not got a returns label. I am very sceptical about getting a refund and very annoyed at the lack of service.

Confirmed the order with Niall over a week ago ... not even an order confirmation yet .... not answering his phone .... Matt is (as I type) saying that he is going to try and get to the bottom of what is (or isn’t) going on

there suppliers a re poor recently ordered 2 parts both sent incorrectly and both breakers have ignored the problem and basically refused a refund unfortunately 1st choice offer no come back and pass the blame they should vet and monitor the people they work with

You need to vet your advertisers especially on returns as they receive it and claim they haven't so not only do they have my money but now have the part to resell again conning B*****ds

The supplier who provided a quote was appalling. They didn't have the part they said they had, but never contacted me to tell me that (or told me on the multiple times I phoned chasing the order). They said they had some "like new" floor mats when we spoke about my initial request, which I added to the order; what arrived was a health hazard - filthy and smelly. The only positive thing I can say is they did refund me after I paid to return the mats so I didn't have to involve my card company. I will never use you again, and recommend you vet your suppliers.

Ordered a gearbox, gave all details, including card etc bad choice...!!!!! gearbox never arrived after delivery time lapsed I rang them 5 times in one day said they will get back to me every time Guess what they never did,,,,, had to go to bank & cancel card details had to wait 5 days for a new one..... NEVER EVER EVER DEAL WITH THESES AGAIN....!!!!!! Bought one off ebay & drove 400 mile round trip to get it... ( at least I knew what I was doing )

Returned a part ordered in error from Oldham Breakers that cist me £192. They charged me a whopping £57 handling charge to return it. Buyers beware.

1st choice whom I've used in the past seem to provide a good service on the whole, unfortunately some of the companies they deal with do not, RENPARTS, for renault spares take your cash, lie, and send no parts!! AVOID

The reason for the one star is First choice car spares do not seem to have any responsabilty to the people using there service I bought doors two years ago from DERBY AUTO SALVAGE they were packaged damaged and sent to m damaged I went through the complaints procedure but it turns out First Choice just sent the email to the roge trader and nothing was done I had to get a refund from Visa because DERBY AUTO SALVAGE are con men Here i am again , not thinking the same con men can still be here bought a wing for a Suzuki , was supossed to be exellent condition not the case been dragged accross the floor scratched everywhere and im going to Visa again So pretty uninprssed by First Choice choice of registered suppliers to still have CON MEN LIKE DERBY AUTO SALVAGE still handing out scrap parts , ignoring complaints, still in business on First Choice So the reason for using a parts serch engine is to have the comfort that the parts companies are vetted but it just dosent seem to be that way Poor costomer service, poor choice of suppliers and typical of english costomer service in general Still waiting on CON MEN DERBY AUTO SALVAGE PHONING BACK FROM 2 YEARS AGO AND FROM LAST WEEK

I ordered some door mouldings off a breaker who's advertising on the first choice platform. Before I ordered the mouldings I did mention my ones were colour coded and the ones you were selling were not and the seller said its exactly the same just not colour-coded but when I received the mouldings the shape was completely different, I did try to contact the seller but with no success. so not very happy about this. I'm out of pocket and I've got mouldings which are no good to me.

I don’t want to complain about 1st Choice. My complaint is with the breakers who supplied the door. I was sent a picture of a door intact on a car. I then received one with no inside panel or mirror . I called them and they said that this was how the doors come but assured me that all the internal parts are working. I have left the car and door with my mechanic who has now informed me that lots of the working parts have been removed and it is not as they said. This door cost me 130 with delivery and now it’s costing a lot more as the mechanic has additional work and parts to find. I’m very upset and disappointed as I did this to save money not waste it.
