“They themselves were good, but the Salvage Company did not follow through with photos they were meant to confirm the parts were satisfactory for my requirements, after 3 days I purchased directly from elsewhere.”

“Using 1st Choice Spares saved me £101 on a Stilo headlamp cluster. I was sent two quotes, one of which I took. The only slight negative was that the cluster was an aftermarket part and, although giving all vehicle details, including the VIN, it did not fit perfectly. Good enough though. Also, this is no reflection on 1st Choice. Overall I was very pleased and would use them again.”
“I think this is brilliant. I was struggling to get hold of a gear box for my car, googled just on off chance and came across 1st choice spares. Just entered what I needed give them my contact details band then just waited for quotes which came through shortly after. Picked one easily from the quotes bought it and then a few days later it arrived. Easy, as sometimes you are stuck with the places around you and if they haven't got the part it's endless looking elsewhere.”

“First Choice advertised an item in eBay as in "used" condition with no mention of damage but when they went to remove the item from their vehicle they found it was damaged so could not supply. To be fair they duly apologised BUT why advertise the item with a misleading description. Just a waste of respondents time.”
