“After receiving 4 possible leads for the part of the bumper I wanted I contacted Derby Auto Salvage who took details of my vehicle and said they had the part. When I received it it was the wrong part and I have returned it and am awaiting a refund. It cost me £3 to send back as there was no free label from them. When I contacted them again I found they didn’t have an email address for me to send a photograph of the part and for some reason the photographs I sent to their mobile phone didn’t get accepted.
I then contacted RC-VB who were very helpful, I sent photos to their email address and they were able to say they would search for the part. They later called me back saying they didn’t have it.
I await my refund from Derby.”

“Took money for order but no delivery as yet. Promised next day delivery. Numerous phone calls and emails but just been fobbed off. 2 weeks later no parts. Do not recommend this Company. Be careful parting with your money.”
