“Not brilliant . Was after a front bumper, needed asap as was flying out of country the following day. Was informed 1 was available but kept waiting for most of the day (even after several calls & texts) awaiting a photograph to confirm colour that I was told was grey. .. turned out it was black at end of day and no photograph as promised.
Was also asked to give credit card details before purchase. Even though wrong colour and no photograph.
Got one off Auto spares via ebay the following morning 30 mins before flying out of country. They were spot one. Car all repaired and back on road now.”

“I received my order of a mini cooper rear parcel shelf that did not allow the tailgate to close without striking the rear parcel shelf
I rang 1st choice spares and a really helpful guy explained that its happens a lot of the time he suggested bending the parcel shelf over my knee, as sometimes they bend and hey presto I did as recommended it now fits like a glove no problems

“1st choice spares located a part, only one, (window motor/regulator). Comms were good. I ordered and paid immediately, it was supposed to arrive in 2-3 days. 6 days after I paid & ordered I got a text saying the part was faulty and I would be refunded. Not worked for me yet.”
