I returned the part and after three phone calls and two emails I am still awaiting a refund despite being promised a refund each time i phoned up.”

“I bought a secondhand gearbox via 1st Choice and the whole process went like clockwork. The gearbox arrived secured to a pallet and was all rapped in black polythene so it was protected from the weather for the few days it remained outside while I could arrange its fitting. The gearbox is now fitted and is in good working order so an excellent service, thank you.”
