“There are a lot of breakers on here that would sell their mother if they could . Disappointing service as very few sellers give an accurate description of the part they are trying to sell and if you haven't bought in first days then price increases . Not confident buying on here trying ebay now where ebay can step in and help if there is a problem . Love breakers yards but not where I cannot see what I am buying .”

“Derby Spares were very good. Clerical faults (I think by First Choice rather than Derby Spares) led to delayed delivery which was disappointing and made me nervous. It is very important to spell out names and addresses I think! On the whole, very good though.”

“From my experience, this is a company that provide a framework for rogue breakers to provide faulty parts, wrong parts and not even send the parts. I have been waiting since Dec for parts promised within days from the same vehicle. Money taken (with good service) on day 1 and 33% of parts provided OK, 33% wrong and 33% not provided. The breaker (AAH) then avoid answering calls, whatsapp messages and emails and refuse to pay compensation. 1st choice customer service is just to forward messages and take no part in resolving the issue with the rogue trader. Invoice not provided with breakdown to enable claim through credit card company, this is their modus operandi, not an accident. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Research yourself (e.g. ebay) and avoid AAH (also 'trading' as Krazy Parts and one other from the same address).”
“Ordered part wednesday . Part didn't get sent till the following monday after being told it would be with me for the weekend. Then it was the wrong part”
