“I paid for the engine over the phone, and i was called a fraud by Rochdale motors, they wanted me to send them a copy of my ID which i find it unacceptable. They cancelled the order and kept both my money and the engine for a week, i had to chase them and do a regular visit to my bank to get a refund. I would say that is the worst company i have business with.”

“The spares people I dealt with were efficient and their service excellent. However they were badly let down by their carriers (Parcel Force) who were at best an absolute shambles at this end. The part arrived overnight from the supplier to the distribution centre locally who took 4 days to not deliver it. I eventually had to drive 30 miles each way and wait until they found my parcel - which took an hour. So for the service and the expertise from the supplier they can't be faulted however their choice of carrier needs serious thought.”

“I paid 511.00pounds for transfer box on 29th June 3 to 4 days delivery 2nd July I rang to see if it had been dispatched they said they couldn't because they needed pictures so I sent some .on the 3rd I rang to see if they had them they said they did and would let me know if it was the right one 5o'clock I rang them back to see if it was they said they would look Monday 6th so I rang them they said to stop pestering them and if I rang them again the would not send it and keep 20 percent of my money it's the 8th today and I still don't have my parts what sort of service is this .”
