“The initial response was good but I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for the part to arrive and was promised 2 to 3 days. I have tried chasing up but I have to deal directly with the supplier and they don't care and won't chase up the delivery.”

“Didn't have the correct parts, even though reg & photos provided. Lost parts from alternative supplier.
Was dealing with owner, got quote, provided photos. All good. Next day, sales chap dispatch goods, confirmed only 1 item. No had ordered & provided photos for 2 items. No problem. Dispatch goods. Later that day ,get message , wrong bits, ???. No solution!”
