“First choice found the part I wanted and said it would be delivered in 3days but it never arrived after 9 days and 4 phone calls departs told me they didn't have the part so I have had to order it from another supplier. it was not your fault but renparts”

“If I waited for all quotes to come in I would have paid half as much also part arrived damaged but was cheaper to repair than send back will use 1st choice again but not the people I bought part off because they obviously new it was damaged before they sent it”

A: Simply contact the supplying member direct to inform them your part is faulty. The member will usually ask you to return the faulty part and either dispatch a replacement or if they do not have one available, they will arrange for an immediate refund.

“Excellent service ,parts requested found within 30 mins,3 quotes received from different sources all offering next day delivery.On contacting the chosen supplier by phone they were very helpful,gave advice and dispatched the parts the same day.
Payments are made securely with pay pal option ,the delivery was tracked and parts recieved by lunchtime the next day.”
