“Sent me rusty parts, unusable. Had to pay for delivery of a pallet to return the goods (£85) which should have been refunded as per their returns policy. Instead, I did not get refunded any delivery charge, and received a reduced amount on the parts. They are claiming labour, but this was not itemised on the invoice.
Where I should have received £457 as a refund, they gave just £264. Unacceptable. This was a distance sale, withe everything done online, so I am entitled to my money back.

“Got over 10 quotes within days. All done very quickly and part delivered in less than a week from request. Would have got very good but there was an issue with providing the telephone number to get the call back as the company said they did not pick this up. Apart from that would recommend”
“Verbal promises not kept; "Ian the item has been tested and inspected", the item, a seat belt, had a 7mm wear nick 33cm below the upper strap fixing. When I phoned to complain I was told, "Well you are buying a used item"!!! I had to make it clear this is a safety harness!”

“I needed a replacement oil cap filler for my car, I was informed by Cit-Ren I would receive this within 2/3 working days after phoning them and paying over the phone, it arrived 7 days later.
I was also charged £10 for delivery which I didn’t mind paying as I thought it would arrive quicker, however when the item arrived it was stamped as second class at a cost of £4:11.
I ended up going to the Citroen dealer near to my house, I received it the next day, it was a brand new part and was cheaper!
I emailed to ask where the part was as I was a key worker and needed this so I could start using my car to get to work, but I did not receive a reply.
I do not rate this service.”

“I was promised a 12 month warranty, I got 30 days. I was promised a low mileage engine just out of a running sandwich van, I got an engine which had been sitting in a puddle for weeks if not longer and no provenance of the mileage. I knew the fuel pump was not going to be on it but there was no oil pump either. Even the hoses looked to have been cut months ago not fresh. I am going to check the engine with the local police to see if the engine can be identified as I could not locate an engine number on the block in the usual place. I suspect I have been a victim of fraud.”
