“Initial form to obtain part required is straight forward and easy to understand. With about 10 hours I had received about three quotes for the part which I needed for my Meriva. One company contacted me and they had part which I paid for and I awaited delivery BUT I was advised next day that the part was too rusted and they would not send it. Full refund given with no hassle. I got the part needed from another company which was very good and a very helpful seller.
