bought the bare engine from Motors in Motion. Damaged engine was delivered. The Company took the engine back but refused to return a single penny of my hard-earned income. Beware ! they are fraud. Don't buy anything expensive from them. Today i registered a complaint against them in Trading standards and now consulting my lawyer to sue them in a day or two. Very very disappointed with them.

We’re sorry to hear you have experienced problems with this supplier; however, even though you did make an enquiry on our system and the breaker was one of nine breakers to provide a quote, it appears that the breaker also quoted you via a different search portal. It was through the other search portal that you made the purchase. We understand that a complaint has already been raised there. Ordered a space saver wheel and tyre from Royston car and van breakers. Payed for the item and P+P a week later phoned them up and was told they did not have one and they would give me a refund. Not very pleased with there service.

If after checking your emails or texts, you do not receive any quotes first time round, it's likely your parts were not available on that day. Part ordered from Ford bits wheel never delivered was told it was lost by them asked for my money back still waiting after approx a month this feels like a scam to me and I am going to report it as so add

Propshaft arrived a week late previously enquired about condition and told it was good what turned up was a damaged and badly rusted propshaft the input end was so rusty it was unusable luckily it was only the rear end that was required,first time i as a company have used 1st choice and it has probably put me off using again

I ordered a part from Recycled Car Parts on Pershore Rd, Birmingham. The part was no good (cv boot had been removed) and I still don't have a refund after sending the part back 3 weeks later.

I purchased a part from a company you put into contact with Prestige Allparts and having suppled Me a faulty unit I explained it to them and sent it back they promised Me a replacement the beginning of last week it never arrived and I have spoken on numerous occasions to Who I was told was the manager Mike who said he was still trying to locate the replacement ? As My car is at a garage waiting for this part I have had to order a replacement from Mercedes I only hope My refund arrives quicker than the part that never has John Cumberland

Part4car delivered the incorrect part. I have been chasing them for a replacement or refund and sent the appropriate photos but apart from an initial phone response nothing further. I would not use this company again. £38 wasted

I have had to deal with Royton Car and van breakers so my opinion is biased against them. They are diabolical in handling my order and after 2 weeks I am still waiting for the correct engine to be delivered. Initially, I was promised a speedy delivery which took 4 days, then I received the wrong model of engine. It has been a further 10 days, full of excuses, or simply inability to contact them on any phone, and I am still waiting for my order. I advise anyone not to use this company.

Very poor customer service placed a order still 3 weeks later have not received it when called to enquire they had no recorded information regarding the delivery status requested a refund still waiting

Purchase a part in December 4th 2021, the company called me to inform me that the part the had was not available. They then went on to offer to sell me a new part, I cancel they order, after numerous call with this company and promise after promise that my funds were being returned to me within a couple of days, still waiting on funds 1st March 2022. Contact 1st choice with no response, My advice look for other options , 1st choice are dealing with scammers,
