“OK off the bat I received the wrong part. So why Five Stars? Because the after sales was perfect. As soon as I contacted the company and sent photos they quickly sourced the correct part and I received the next day. Cant be fairer than that.”

“I have used first choice before and have had a very good response.This time i needed an alarm siren for my Volvo and was ascertained that it was in good working order,i bought it and it was delivered within two days and it was in perfect order.The guy that i was dealing with was very friendly and helpful,i will not have any concerns about using them again,i can fully recommend them.”
“This score is not based on the this specific service but the supplier that has been engaged as a distributor. Firstly, they sent out the wrong part, since then I have constantly had to phone them to see if they are able to supply the correct part. On two separate occasions I have been advised that the correct part will be sent out. As I have not yet received the correct part I phoned back today (14/12), having been told that I would receive The part by the end of last week, only to be advised that they are are trying to source the part. I have also been advised that I would receive return calls, which never materialised. Very disappointed with this poor level of service”

“The process of purchasing the parts was straight forward, the delivery was punctual and the parts work well. However when we requested a copy of the Warranty (6 months ) we were told they would not supply a copy a copy and that we would have to go `on-line` and find it. Why is the world obsessed with `on-line`. My grandparents are in their late seventies and `on-line` is not part of their world. We were told it was impossible to provide a paper copy. Not consumer friendly at all.
