very bad service royal mail in error failed to deliver the flowers due today for my daughters bday. 123 flowers have said i cannot receive a refund. i have attempted delivery for monday, but unlikely i will be home, and my daughters bday is today! I need my refund, this is royal mails error not mine! complete swindlers

Iv used this company to send flowers to my sister for a memorial for her son, iv used them to send flowers to cheer up a friend when her son died, and sent another just 2 days ago to my daughter in law for her birthday. The flowers 2 days ago were so bad, they were brown and wilted, and less than 48hours later they are drooping and dead. This is not acceptable, I now understand why my family never sent me any photos of the flowers they received, they didn't want to upset me after me doing something nice and sending flowers, only to find that the flowers they received were also almost dead! I'm sure that it's very upsetting to receive dead flowers on your deceased sons birthday, i feel so bad.I'm attaching photos of the flowers from Saturday 24th june, today is 26th and they are dead! Anyone would expect a bouquet to last for a week at least! The amount of flowers in the "bouquet" is also an absolute joke, (maybe 5dead roses!) I should have brought supermarket flowers,at least they would have been fuller and alive. Apparently my flowers 'would be put together with fresh blooms on the morning of delivery '.... big lie! Im so so disappointed, I will definitely never use your company again, and certainly won't be making anymore recommendations.

I ordered flowers for a family member on 14th June, for delivery on 17th June. 123 Flowers failed to deliver and have now (20th June) claimed it was due to my error on the delivery address. I did not make an error, so I can only assume they made the error. I have even provided proof that I did not make an error, but they refuse to accept clear evidence on their own website! I asked for the name and contact details of their MD but was told to email the same email address with FAO Manager on it. Who knows if I'll ever get a response from this bunch but my advise is to never use them.

The flowers were order by my friend to be delivered for my birthday on the 6th June with a card. They arrived on the 8th with the box badly damaged and falling apart so I refused them. My friend was not allowed a refund and on returning home on the 9th there was another box this one intact. On opening them the flowers were already dying and there was no card. They have been thrown in the bin today and I suspect that they are the same flowers that were in the original box. What a dreadful company. Next day delivery rubbish, card rubbish, dreadful flowers don't bother ordering from them.

After using a Wowcher coupon code which I purchased I ordered a large bouquet at the cost of £35.49 discounted to £17.24. Unfortunately what arrived was of very poor quality and after 1 day as begun to wilt. I contacted customer services who admitted that the bouquet was slightly (laugh) poor quality and offered a £15 credit to my account. What actually arrived was a poor imitation of a £7.99 Aldi bunch of flowers. After numerous emails back and forth they tell me they won’t refund or credit my account because I had a £20 discount. What a joke of a company. I’m ready to obtain a small claims against the parent company Prestige gifts limited. If you like composting your flowers for your loved ones you can put them on the heap the very next day.

All in all a bit weird. I got the flowers for wife's birthday and they were really poor and very wilted. We chucked them after 2 days and just thought we'll that's disappointing and thought no more about it. I was then encouraged to get in touch about how they did, and thought why not, and said I thought it was poor and wouldn't use again. I then had some back and forth with CS before offered 10 off another order (no thanks) and said no, and that was it. OK the flowers were disappointing, but being dragged through a customer service process I really couldn't be bothered with wasn't worth it. Just go to a local florist next time.

I had mothers day flowers delivered on the Saturday before mothering Sunday. They arrived with the card and chocolates that I ordered. I paid nearly 50 pounds for them. 2 days later the flowers were nearly dead and only 2 of the lillies opened. My mum and myself were so very disappointed . I wrote 3 emails to the company but did not receive a response . Shocking !!!

Don't order from them. Paid extra for guaranteed delivery on Mother's Day, delivered the Friday after!!! Agreed to upgrade as compensation yet arrived with no upgrade. Stressful upsetting experience.

I ordered flowers paid to have them delivered on a certain date the flowers never came. I emailed and got no answer. Tried phoning several times and no-one answered that either. Terrible service. I give this company a 0. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Delivered late, and then they told me they were delivered on time when even their despatch note says they were only sent on the day they were supposed to be delivered. Surely the recipient knows when they got them! Won’t use again and it took weeks to even get a response to my complaint.

I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday on 28 December and requested them to be delivered on the 29th. It’s now 8pm 30th December and the gift is still not delivered. I am not at all happy and my daughter is very upset.

If could give no stars i would.AVOID. The pictures on there website are not what you recive. Mine were dull,small bunch(when i ordered 2 medium bunches)look as though they were dying. You can get so much better from the supermarket and for lot cheaper. Bad customer services. AVOID AVOID do not buy from here. Ive posted what i should have got and what i recieved.

I ordered a balloon and it came deflated (completely flat and crinkled). I emailed customer service and was offered a voucher ONLY IF I spend another 30 pounds. Why would I do that? The flowers weren't that great either.

We were so excited to send my son's new girlfriend a card and flowers for her birthday on 8th October, to welcome her into the family, and ordered them 2 days before. We then spent 2 weeks thinking how rude she was for not thanking us, then discovered they had not been sent, even although the money was taken, and we had confirmation of the order. We were not even informed that the delivery had not been made! It was not despatched, so they cannot blame the delivery process. Apparently it was a "system error" and we were told they could still be sent albeit 2 weeks after her birthday! (how embarrassing for us to send them 2 weeks late) Or we could send them to someone else! (who the neighbours?) It is not just the flowers, it's the thought behind them, and this company has completely ruined the occasion. If you order and pay for flowers from a "reputable" company, is it really too much to expect that they will actually get delivered? If I had not phoned after 2 weeks, they would have kept the money, as even they did not know that the order had not been processed. Absolutely disgusting.

1 star but should be zero. Flowers arrived wilted, snapped and broken. They were not even half the size as advertised. All buds are obviously not open when they arrive but if they are half dead and broken on the day of arrival it is impossible for these to ever open. What should be £40 worth of flowers looked like £3 bargain bin bunch from a garage. The recipient was so shocked and disgusted by what she received she contacted the sender to inform them and was so upset she went as far as to phone the company herself to complain about what arrived at her home. As you can imagine it was upsetting for both sides as the recipient didn't want to inform the sender that what she received was so terrible and the sender was upset that the birthday flowers were such a disgrace. The customer service is laughable, i was initially offered £10 refund!!! that in itself is an insult and I will be opening a dispute via the payment method on this. When mentioning i'd open a dispute suddenly the refund went up to the full product amount but refused to issue refund of delivery fee. They argue that the flowers were delivered on the day requested!! well yes they were but there is no logic there if your delivering trash. If I order from any supplier and goods are delivered damaged or not as described, then I will get a full refund. The staff on the phone were rude and lying to me, one minute I was told to get my mother to call back and when she did suddenly that staff member has left the office, even though she said to call straight back. My advice is do not use them, the box states prestige so clearly its all the same companies using different names. In my opinion this is false advertising and its pointless to pay extra for a larger medium bunch as there is no difference at all. They will also have you believe that if you keep them for 3 says they magically fix themselves. I have never known a flower to regrow its head after being snapped off. Moral of the story - dont use them - if it seems like a good price it isn't, your only paying to fill your green bin and recycling

Terrible company! (Look up reviews on other sites) Be prepared if there is any issue they will be rude and not look for any resolution. In my experience I placed an order for flowers that were due to arrive on the 17th October. As stated in the website delivery times and all confirmation emails (it was ordered on the 15th am). The flowers did not arrive and when questioned the answer was well delays are in our terms and conditions. The person the flowers were for was only at the location on the 17th. If there was an issue for filling i would have purchased elsewhere. When pressed further I was told "well they come from Nottingham to Belfast so they will take a day longer at least to be delivered. Delays are in our terms and conditions that you agreed too". At the point of sale on the website and delivery dates shown published and agreed to or subsequent emails no indication that the delivery location would cause an issue or known extra time or delay. Despite them knowing from placement of the order they could not forfil the delivery date agreed. They verbally confirmed logistically the delivery date was impossible for them and never achievable. So why not state that to the customer in the website and put it in the with an additional day as the proposed delivery date. Please don't lie to your customers as you have me. I called them regarding the above. They were rude refered to small print and T&C's and refused any goodwill/ refund or acceptance of fault. A delivery date that can be achieved and isn't impossible from the point of taking the money and transaction is all I would have wanted. Or at least to have been informed of the extra logistical issues they always have in their supply chain to Belfast. Thats fine just let your customers know and - Add an addiontal day. Publish it based on destination. Then I'm not being deliberately mis lead. I can then make an informed decision to purchase or use someone else who can meet the time window you said you would. I will never use them again. My advice would be to avoid. I belive you learn alot about a company and its credibility when issues arise & how they chose to treat customers. If you have read this far in the review im please as it was quite long.. I will await the default reply as you see on the other reviews with issues below.. they don't show any actual resolution so be aware. I will update this review if I do get any genuine resolution.. but I imagine like below I will get a default we are sorry our team will contact you to resolve blah blah blah.. but in reality they are happy to take your money deliver late provide poor service and products with the expectation you won't get a refund or pursue the matter to get your money back. Happy to be proved wrong... but wish I read these reviews before.

Having received flowers for my birthday yesterday ,I am very disappointed with them nothing like the image on your website five roses and five stems of tiger Lilies for the price of £27.99 absolutely disgusting not happy and will not recommend ,false advertising and will be pursuing this further .
