Absolutely appalling service!! This company only apologises for their poor service but never offers to rectify their shoddy products. Website flowers look beautiful but are definitely not what you receive. A supermarket bunch of flowers would be far superior to what you get. So disappointed, will never order again.

The bunch of flowers i was sent looked like they had forgotten to put flowers it just loads of greenery. Very disappointed wont b buying from this company again. Got no help from company when i complained just made up excuses! Disgusting service

Worst customer service and experience. REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!! Please dont shop here. They will send the worst bouquet and say “ it will blossom” if you dont want to be embarrassed by sending flowers then dont use this companyZ

Really disappointed, these were a birthday gift , picture shows medium bouquet that has 4 sunflowers, and lots of greenery, it doesn't stipulate how many flowers are in a large.... turns out for the extra £10 you get one flower! £29.99 for 5 sunflowers??? In the current climate that was an awful lot of money for me and to say I feel let down is an understatement!!

Infuriating process - refuses to let me buy without signing up and disclosing personal details (beyond the necessary) - no doubt to ensure they can bombard me with promotions and sell on my details. Then after a laborious sign up process it won't recognise my account and keeps sending me round in online circles. Wasted 40 mins of my time - off to another provider and I won't be back.

Would not recommend buying from this company. Flowers came and look nothing like the photo. After communicating with them they still believe it was an acceptable bouquet. Very disappointed and was so embarrassed when my partner pulled them out. For the company to still say that it is acceptable is a joke.

I have just received your flowers , and sorry to say they are of very poor quality, they are a present so I dont want to make to much of it , However I have just come out of hospital , and I feel disappointed on behalf of the senders who are close relatives ,and I know they would chose flowers of good quality. I can safely say I would getter a better bunch from the local garage, I would not recommend these . I will say they were wrapped satisfactory .

Ordered for my sister in law 80th birthday. They delivered late and she was not at home even though she had a box for presents and they did not give them to the neighbour. They said they needed a signature. They were eventually delivered 2 days later with NO signature required and the flowers were not in a good state. I complained but they were not interested

I am absolutely appalled at my order. I paid £69.99 for a delivery for my friend’s birthday, it was supposed to be a large bouquet and what she received was lovely but definitely not large. Absolutely disgusting value for money!

Absolute jokers. Paid for ‘large’ bunch where there had been ‘50%’ off the bunch I had chosen. There was nothing ‘large’ about the bunch. All of 7 stems. I do not believe there was any discount. This was evidently a ruse to con customers. I hate to think what would have arrived had I not paid the extra to upgrade to a large bunch. Nothing like the photo online. Bitterly disappointed and upset.

First of all they got the delivery date wrong , then when I visited my aunt and seen them I was shocked , they look nothing like the picture ,I would say there was maybe a third of what there should have been , I was so ashamed to have gifted my aunt such a poor looking bunch of flowers

Totally appalling, flowers were dried out and dying- not a bouquet but a small bunch- customers service agreed with the photos I provided that the bouquet was not as described however then offered a £5 voucher and not a refund

Absolutely gutted with what I received. The bouquet I ordered was £39.99 reduced to £19.99. The picture showed a beautiful full bouquet & I received something that was totally the other end. 1 rose, 2 carnations, some pink flowers, some greenery. I could have got better & more from a supermarket. I have complained & you see nothing wrong with it! You should be ashamed, I was embarrassed to give the bouquet (bunch) to my colleague but had no other choice as they would have had nothing. Very very disappointed

Extremely disappointed with the flowers I sent my Auntie for her birthday & would not recommend! Nothing like the picture on the website! I ordered a large bouquet & delivery was a few measly stems that I could have got in a supermarket for a fiver ! Hugely disappointed & would not recommend

The flowers we received were of poor quality and despite following the instructions for flower care the flowers buds have never opened and the leaves have shivaled up. We have raised a complaint but as we were outside the 48hr period for raising an issue your company were not interested in any redress. these flowers were ordered by our daughter and sent to us for our 55th wedding anniversary, I don,t believe we had any terms and conditions included with the flowers mentioning any issue was to raised with company within 2 days. My opinion is that the company has a poor customer service attitude. Please don,t reply with thanking us for o ur feedback and will help to improve the service.
