Was sent a a surprise bunch of flowers by friend but as I was not in when they were delivered the courier decided to leave them in my dustbin instead. I have mobility problems so couldn’t reach down into the bin and furthermore shouldn’t have to do so. Was late when I arrived home so flowers had been in bin for over a day which is not acceptable as unhygienic and unsafe - will definitely complain as surely could of been left at a neighbours

I ordered my flowers in plenty of time, waited in all day, nobody has contacted me about when or if the flowers will be delivered, very poor customer service, I will not use again

How the hell is the attached picture worth £50!!! Missing vase and chocs! Honestly i could get a better bunch of flowers from the petrol station! It is my wifes birthday and im embarrassed to even present these!

Terrible terrible service! Was not given a time for them to be delivered, I hadn't told the recipient that I had ordered them as it was for a bereavement and she was at the graveyard when they tried to deliver. Card left saying they would try the next day and didnt bother to turn up (by this point I had informed the recipient) and my friend purposely stayed in all day. Finally turned up the next day, literally half a bunch of the poc on the website. Was told by customer service she should have stayed in all day, talk about lack of empathy!! Had I been told a rough time then this could have been avoided however I didn't even receive a confirmation email until 2 days after the expected delivery date! Shocking!!

Do not wast you’re money ordering with these! Only given 1 star as I couldn’t give ZERO. Delivery 5 Days late, couldn’t get through to anyone and when I did (nearly 3 weeks later) customer service was terrible, just didn’t want to know. Avoid these, save yourself money and stress!

Avoid avoid avoid. Flowers arrived over 7 days late.only after I was chasing them up! Phones were down and not very helpful costumer service. Don’t waste your money. I expected a larger Bouquet as I’ve paid for the large one.

No response from this company phone lines are available auto response saying an agent will look into it .....but no delivery no flowers I want my money back....am fuming 😤.....as the flowers were for my sisters birthday

Next day delivery but how about no delivery or update? No response to emails or messenger all automated robots. Phone number doesn’t work either. Don’t use this company. Wanting a refund so I can order from somewhere reliable but no response to that either so looking like getting my back involved

I bought a plant for a friend as a thank you for helping my daughter and it arrived half dead. I was told flowers and plants are sent out fresh, but clearly that was not the case. The friend didn’t want to hurt my feelings or cause any trouble, so she didn’t tell me. Since I found out and complained more than 7 days after she received it, the company refuse to send a fresh one. I won’t buy from this site in the future as the quality is substandard 😑

Absolute garbage. Living in Australia I thought the company looked reliable and value for money. When your 86 year old mother is apologising because of the shocking quality of the flowers NOT WHAT I HAD IN MIND. After providing photos they now require a birds eye photo, try explaining that to a 86 year old who has thrown most of the flowers in the bin. So so disappointed a xmas gift never to forget.

Paid 22 pounds on 18th of November for delivery on 20th November. Flowers were delivered on 23rd November. Web site is not clear and user friendly about delivery options. Disappointing service.

FIND ANOTHER, DON'T USE THIS FLORIST When I looked for flowers online I found 123 Flowers who stated they had 7 day a week delivery which included Sunday. As it was our anniversary Sunday I ordered Flowers, Personalized Card and a Vase on Friday morning from them. Thinking it would be a nice surprise for my wife, but it was me who got the surprise, NO FLOWERS. There is no way I would ever buy a flower or anything else from this company. To my surprise when I looked up their rating they had a 40+ negative review. Guess I should have looked first. Shame on me. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS FLORIST TO FIND ANOTHER

Flowers that were delivered were incomplete and nothing like the flowers chosen. Eventually made contact with the company and they promised to resend - then I was told they were out of stock of my chosen display. So glad they were for me, if it was to be sent to a friend I perhaps would never have known!

I have been trying to contact this company all day as I payed for next day delivery for funeral flowers they will not answer any my emails and still no delivery. Avoid this company I’m disgusted how they too on my money and still no contact or delivery as promised

Just received my flowers that I got for my daughter came in a lovely box when opened was VERY DISAPPOINTED upgraded to a large boutique received a very small one flowers are wilted and very cheap looking I could of put a bouquet of flowers together myself and would of done a better job will not ever be ordering from this company again

Absolutely horrendous! Stay well away! Flowers I bought for £30 looked like a £5 bunch from supermarket, literally dying when arrived, lasted 4 days all together. Would not refund, offered £10 voucher, I would not even give this company 1 star if I could!
