“Blinds arrived in two days. Very easy to order. I have put both blinds up in my bathroom and they look lovely aswell as being simple to hang. The quality is excellent and the cost low. I would recommend them to anyone. You have a very satisfied customer!”

“Awful service!!! Defensive staff, thoroughly unhelpful and quick to blame the customer for any confusion. I would never ever buy from them again. Would discourage anyone to do so, as you are left standing there with a faulty unusable product. So disappointed!!!!”

“I live in the Channel Islands, got a quote locally for a roller blind, which I could not afford, was recommended to look on internet, chose Blinds Direct Online. From ordering a sample via the internet, recieved 2 days later, ordered blind next day, Blind arrived 5 days later. Just put blind up last weekend and am highly impressed with the quality of the blind and the easy fitting instructions. Would highly reccomend this company, service was seconed to none!! “Delighted with the blind itself in terms of colour and size. Very easy to fit. Unfortunately the blind was delivered to the wrong address and therefore there was quite a delay before I received it. I do hope I don't have the same problem again as I am just about to order another venetian blind.”

“My blind is perfect in every way, well made and the colour is exactly as shown on the website. Having just had my bathroom totally refurbished I was struggling to find a dark blue venetian blind but this has completed the new colour scheme. Order was dealt with quickly and I was kept informed of status at every stage. Would definitely use Blinds Direct again and would highly recommend to everytone”
