“Im very pleased I came across this site while searching for made to measure blinds. Had a quote from a blind fitter for the same style but his price was way higher, So was unsure how these would look when arrived with being alot cheaper than I was quoted from him, To be honest they better than the ones he shown me. I have to say I'm impressed, They are perfect..Very easy to install. Look more expensive than they actually were, Have already recommended to family, Will definitely be buying from here again in the future.”

“All blinds were good but I do find the delivery part poor. I asked for a telephone call 1 hour before, so I ensured I was in, but no call. I also said, if not in put behind side gate, they were not left but taken back to the TNT depot 35 miles away. I have got used to companies texting me the day before with a 2 hour window, some even have the facility to show where the driver is and a specific expected delivery time. Having to be in from 8:00am to 6:00pm is old hat in this day and age.”

“Ordered my blinds and one came slightly damaged due to transit I think. Contacted Blinds Direct who swiftly organised a replacement. I was dubious about ordering as the price was unbelievable good, but l need not have worried as the blinds were fantastic for the price and the quality was superb Would highly recommend this company again and again. “Ordered these on Tuesday afternoon,blind arrived this morning Friday. It is now up on the window. No problem fitting the blind Very pleased fits perfectly. I needed a blind larger than the average size after making an enquiry by e-mail, customer service got back to me and were able to help. Excellent service. very good price.”

“Delivered well Small before schedule. Perfectly cut to size. I have not installed as yet due to external works going on just now but am sure they will be excellent. Small dent in bottom rail caused in transit. The packaging was a double tube and air cap so well packed,so cannot complain and dent is easily rectified. Great service, great product and tremendous value for money.”

“Delivered within two days of placing order (on a Sunday!) Well packaged to protect the goods from transit damage. Easy to fit, although a printed "How to install your blind" sheet may have been useful. Excellent quality product, looks very good now installed, well pleased with this purchase, would reccommend to anyone.”
