“Chose perfect fit blinds very close to Christmas. Wasn't sure they would arrive on time but they did. Just love the blinds. Initially had the wrong clips, one phone call to company and the proper ones sent out 1st class post. Overall very pleased with company and products”

“Excellent quality and a fantastic price as I ordered a Venetian blind 2 metres wide x 1 metre 60 cms drop. Other sites were much more expensive for this large size made to measure blind. Delivery was great too. Definitely recommend”

“Expected measurements of blinds were received. The wrong colour came. I ordered grey but received pearl black. I didn't return because my life is hectic and I couldn't take time off from work.”

“(Apologies...I inadvertently "sent" incomplete first attempt!) On recommendation from our daughter, we ordered 7 Venetian blinds, competitively priced, on "easy to use" website, to replace the "tired" blinds in our conservatory. Order immediately acknowledged on same day, 5th Jan, with 12th Jan delivery promise. Confirmation of despatch received on 11th Jan with 12th Jan delivery advised. Order duly received as scheduled, with product well-packed, demonstrating the commendable efficient utilisation of minimal packaging material. Well done Blinds Direct! Fitting advice straightforward, Venetian Blinds fitted at weekend, and we are delighted with product and end result. No question that Blinds Direct has our recommendation as a quality source for purchase of Venetian blinds!”

“Ordered on line.simple and easy ordering system. Prompt delivery. Excellent quality. Very low price. Problem with one of the fixing but prompt delivery with replacements. So 1 quality product. 2 low price 3 prompt delivery 4 first class customer service What else can you ask for ?”

“Delivery was very swift. However, the fittings are so fiddly to work with. I think that these could be improved. The result is that I haven't managed to install the longer one as I'm waiting for a family member to visit to help me.”

“The blinds arrive on time in good order, they, look well up, good quality, easy to put up. The only down side getting bottom brackets from else where to finish the job.”

“This is the second set of blinds I have ordered. The first arrived a day early and couldn't have been happier. The second set were early again, but just have a small niggle. The wand to turn the blind was way too long. Customer services are sending me some ends so I can saw some of the wand off and add new ends on.”
