“I was nervous buying from the site as I’ve never heard of it and there weren’t many reviews. I had nothing to worry about! We ordered 4 door French patio blinds. They fit perfectly and with a bit of manoeuvring we fixed them in quite easily. They also cost at least £80 less than some of the leading blinds websites that we had got quotes from. Highly recommend.”

“Previously ordered from here before, so knew I would get a match for a new window blind we were wanting. Only negative was that the vertical slats delivered were not the right colour on delivery. Labeled up correctly, but not the product ordered. Emailed there customer service department with a picture and they were extremely quick to remidy the situation, with the correct blinds received a few days later. If I was to be ultra picky, I would suggest that they chose a different delivery company (DX) as on each occasion the boxes were extremely battered, thankfully the products were not damaged.”

“Absolutely great company! Our made to measure blind arrived damaged and unusable. The parcel was squashed and patched back up with plenty of parcel tape. We could tell that this happened during delivery and sent over an email to Blinds Direct making them aware. I got a reply from James within 30 minutes who sent his apologies and said that they would get another remade and sent out ASAP. 3 days later, a new blind arrived. Fantastic work guys.”

“I was very impressed with this company. Ordered my blinds on Sunday and they arrived Thursday. I noticed one handle was damaged and emailed their customer services. I received a reply on the Friday and replacement arrived by post on Saturday. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them. Thanks Blinds Co.”
