“I ordered these blinds originally when I first moved to my property. Five years later with more available expenditure I consider going for a different product having remodeled our home. I wanted the same look but half sizes etc. Frankly, they outstrip other products such as plantation shutters if you know how to adapt. Accurate measurement fast turnaround and spot on. Easy to put up.”

“We received a blind with a faulty slat adjustment mechanism. When I sent an email to your Customer Service Department they responded in 9 minutes saying that a replacement part would be sent straight away and to ring if I had trouble fitting it. Two replacements arrived the next day and I have fitted them, and now have a working blind. Thank you for your excellent service.”

“Have a query on my received order and have repeatedly phoned but no response to all my attempts. Have since emailed and yet again no response. Completely dissatisfied with customer services or the complete lack of customer services once goods ordered and paid for”

“BLINDS DIRECT ‘PERFECT FIT’ BLINDS - WORK A TREAT, LOOK GREAT - JUST THE JOB! Ordered six ‘Perfect Fit’ blinds to suit 2x French doors, 2x small side opening windows and 2 x long narrow windows (at 175x56). All arrived separately shrink wrapped in one box. Followed instructions & video on the Blinds Direct website - quick and easy to follow and put together and then fit to each window. Easy peasy!”

“Ordered & paid for blind Then received email discontinued I went on line to check order & tried to order again which I was able to do !!! If a product is out of stock / discontinued then should be taken off ASAP”
