Previously ordered from here before, so knew I would get a match for a new window blind we were wanting. Only negative was that the vertical slats delivered were not the right colour on delivery. Labeled up correctly, but not the product ordered. Emailed there customer service department with a picture and they were extremely quick to remidy the situation, with the correct blinds received a few days later. If I was to be ultra picky, I would suggest that they chose a different delivery company (DX) as on each occasion the boxes were extremely battered, thankfully the products were not damaged.
