“Blinds Direct adjusted my recess measurements, so that my new blinds fit perfectly. Love the blue colour, ideal for my bathroom. Didn't realise that the slats are made from aluminium, that's a bonus. Very quick delivery and I'm extremely happy with my purchase.”

“The perfect fit blinds are fantastic, they came well packaged and look amazing, measuring guide was easy to follow and my blinds fit perfectly. Only reason i have given 4 stars instead of 5 is down to communication. It was 8 days before i received any correspondance, no updates on delivery, couldnt get through to anyone on the phone. However i would definitely use them again as the blinds are great.”

“Good price. Pretty good quality. The measurements are fairly accurate for exact fit. But there was a minor break on 1 of the chain pulls, the first order we had the packaging was damaged. It is extremely difficult getting in touch with anyone to talk to in terms of customer service, advice or complaints. This is my main problem. It is such a shame as I really love the blinds they make.”

“First class. I ordered the shutters over the weekend and by the following Friday I was informed they were to be delivered. Communication with the company couldn't be faulted. The delivery service was excellent too, well informed of time of delivery by both email and text. The shutters themselves are perfect, just what I was looking for and they fit perfectly. All in all a first class service, I wouldn't hesitate to order again from this company and will likely do in the near future as I would like to update my conservatory blinds to the perfect fit shutters. I have also recommended the company to my friends. Thanks guys”
