“I havn’t received my free sample. I can’t speak to your phone number as it is not taking calls & the email address I am directed to ,was read out so quickly, that I had to recall you 3 times to re-listen to the message. I am grateful the sample is free but the postage is huge.”

“Blinds are perfect, and the colour match is great, as it's hard to tell on an Internet image sometimes. My only complaint is communication was the best, I emailed the company 3 times with no response at all. I didn't receive any confirmation email re my order. The only email I received was from sage pay, who said my order had gone through. After a week, blinds still weren't here, hence why I emailed the company through their website and didn't get a response. But that said, It wouldn't stop me ordering again, the prices are really good and good quality blinds.”
