“Blinds are perfect, and the colour match is great, as it's hard to tell on an Internet image sometimes. My only complaint is communication was the best, I emailed the company 3 times with no response at all. I didn't receive any confirmation email re my order. The only email I received was from sage pay, who said my order had gone through. After a week, blinds still weren't here, hence why I emailed the company through their website and didn't get a response. But that said, It wouldn't stop me ordering again, the prices are really good and good quality blinds.”

“Order came quite quickly and was very well packed. However had ordered one matte black blind but the blind sent was white (despite label on wrapping saying matte black!) and neither came with blind wands, so couldn’t open/close the slats. Maybe these had to be ordered separately but have never had that with other blinds I’ve bought and if that is the case it wasn’t obvious when ordering. The blinds themselves are fine and measurements correct. Couldn’t face the hassle of returns/reorder so just accepted but rather annoying.”
