The gas engineer came to look at my boiler and was able to establish the problem, he was helpful and kind. As a single woman he made me feel at ease and comfortable, thank you to Annil Singh coming

Many thanks to shaz for installing my new boiler with such an expertise touch he was very professional and did excellent job. Nico did a 2 day job in one day - he removed the old system and converted everything over to the new system. I have no idea how he did it all by himself - he worked throughout and was extremely professional and hard working. Thanks again

Charlie Foster attended my home today 28/5/26. He was polite and professional and worked hard from just after 9am until just after 2pm. After 4 months of waiting and complaining to Hyde Charlie fixed my water issue. Whilst I still remain dissatisfied with how Hyde handled me and I continue to escalate my complaint with them. I am very happy with the work Charlie carried out.

Niko was very good, he completely removed the old boiler and replaced it with a brand new modern one. He was very kind and respectful throughout the day, he explained to us how the new one works and showed us how to resolve any common problems ourselves such as leaks and pressure issues. Excellent customer service!

I’ve been visited twice by one of your engineers named Idris, who has been extremely helpful with advice regarding the situation I had with my gas supply.
