The fitter Raj arrived on time and worked very hard all day to perfectly fit the new boiler. Clean and tidy. Follow up appointment for some extra bits already booked in,

We had our boiler replaced through the local housing association who contracted VHL. The communication was straight forward via email. We had reschedule, but that's not a problem. On the installation day, all went smoothly, the engineers were on time, polite, kept things clean and finished off the installation professionally. We are very happy with the installation. I missed my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, but when I called Hyde they transferred me over to the vhl customer service team, I was assisted by Rachel, who was extremely helpful. She contacted Adnaan, who kindly agreed to revisit me on the same day. Adnaan arrived promptly and showed me how to use my thermostat. He was a lovely, patient young man who took the time to ensure I fully understood how to control my heating. He stayed with me until I felt completely confident using the system. A big thank you to both Rachel and Adnaan for their outstanding service – truly excellent support all around

I had no electrical input to my central heating boiler or washing machine so I contacted VHL as their engineer Nathan did a different job for us 6 years ago which was very successful. I rang them on Monday and Nathan came again the very next day. He investigated thoroughly and found the cause of the problem which proved to be in a very unusual place. Once identified, he resolved the problem to my great relief. I was surprised and delighted that this problem was attended to so quickly and efficiently. Thank you again Nathan.

Engineer came out on 4th July to do my annual boiler check, unbeknown to me, for some odd reason he turned on the "preheat function" which adds £3 a week, £12 a month, £144 a year to my charges. Got in touch to tell them that something was wrong and they did not care, made an appointment for them (well, they made the appointment) to come out and check and the day before the appointment they rang and said the boss had cancelled it, asked to speak to him but he would not talk to me, and was told to talk to the council and my energy supplier, refusing to acknowledge that the engineer who carried out the check/service had made a mistake in the first place, he was an agency guy apparantly. Told them about another problem i was having, so they did send someone out (he was very helpful and sorted it right away) who listened to me and turned off the "preheat function" which i did not need on, saving me a £144 a year. Would not recommend them as a company at all.

My appointment was 8am as requested and the engineer arrived a couple of minutes early. He was clean, start, polite and efficient, completed the annual boiler service and gas checks and left in good time for me to get to another appointment. Well pleased with VHL.

2nd Year of First Class Service from VHL. They are great all rounders, from their telephone & email communication and prompt responsiveness. Their billing & report info. Punctuality and professionalism of their staff on visits to our office. We would happy recommend them!

Absolutely First Class! From the excellent Customer Service from Mohamoud (who was very helpful when I rang Village Heating) to the friendly and helpful engineer (Reggie) who came out to investigate the leak, I was very impressed by both! Reggie found the source of the leak, and reassured me throughout the whole process. (They are a credit to their company) who I would be happy to recommend!

All round thorough staff that get the job done, explain things well to the customer, friendly and tidy staff, great pre advice by email, decent response times, slightly higher prices but worth it for such high service.

Had an engineer turn up yesterday 5 minutes and he was gone. Problem still not resolved. Made a call and our normal engineer turned up today 5 star service Gurjit great job

100 percent 5 star. Friendly polite engineer arrived as booked on time and efficiently undertook tricky boiler installation in my slightly shoddy kitchen, then fully cleaned up all in one morning, he supplied his phone number in case I have any questions about operation, but boiler is fully functional. Telephone customer service with the delightfully voiced Aeva was exceptional. I am very pleased.
