“5 stars for a 5 star service! I was recommended The Bed and Mattress Centre and I can't fault them. Daniel was incredibly helpful and personable and I didn't feel any pressure to buy. I was told it would be about 2 weeks for delivery and that was spot on. The 2 delivery guys were 5 stars too, friendly, helpful and efficient. I shall be passing on the recommendation”

“Great customer service with helpful advice. Honest mistake on delivery of wrong mattress but redelivery of correct angled one on day of our choosing. Delivery men very helpful, cheerful and took the old one away. Now hoping for better sleeping in our caravan.”

“The Bed and Mattress Centre is a very friendly, happy place. It has a wide range of products with helpful, knowledgable people ready to assist with one's decisions. Then when your product arrives at your home there is no problem with carrying to your room, unpacking and construction. They will also remove the old unwanted bed, always with a smile. Then all that remains is for you to enjoy a restful night in your new bed. Thankyou so much to all at Bed and Matress!!”

“Excellent help, advice and service. Matthew was extremely helpful in advising us choosing a new bed and mattress for our new home. An ottoman bed to give us extra storage. The delivery and installation men were also excellent, taking the time to show us how to use the storage safely. Very tidy and all packaging taken away. The fourth bed we and our immediate family have bought from the company in the last 20 yrs and we wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“Parking the car was easy. Inside the showroom Daniel was very knowledgeable. He treated me with kindness and respect. The Bed arrived when he said it would and 2 nice young men fitted it into place. It is a nice comfortable bed and I would recommend anyone who is looking to buy a bed to go and speak to Daniel at The Bed and Mattress Centre!”

“Excellent service and efficiency. The most helpful team, both in store and through to delivery. Everyone I met was friendly, helpful and genuine. I am more than satisfied with the mattress I have purchased and I have had the best night's sleep ever! I would highly recommend this company and I would not go anywhere else to purchase another new mattress or bed. Superb in every respect!”
