“Very good service also very helpful and reliable. I bought a mattress and pillows at a good price and the old mattress was collected for disposal as arranged. Very nice man who was very polite and genuine. Would definitely recommend this shop. Quality items.”

“Excellent service. Reasonable price. Delivery was great , two friendly guys that carried the mattress to the room upstairs for me and kindly took their shoes off as they did so. Very glad I bought locally.”

“Thanks very much for your efficient service. It didn't take long for us to choose an appropriate mattress for us. The mattress was delivered and the old mattress removed quickly as promised. It was later in the day than agreed because of heavy traffic, but we were kept informed of progress throughout.”

“This is the second mattress we have purchased from the Bed & Mattress Centre and once again we are very happy. Delivery was great and the team helpfully took away our old mattress. There was a small hiccup with the order but this was dealt with quickly and professionally. The Sussex Support 2000 is incredibly comfortable and you can feel the quality. Overall a very positive experience from start to finish and we’d happily recommend this company.”

“The guy's really know their business, we were in need of a bed and two mattresses, and they made the whole process really great all the way through from choosing to then delivery and installation. As soon as you walk through the door you get a friendly greeting and if you need help please ask, they don't push you into buying certain products, they leave you to it but when you do need advice they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.”

“Hi Matthew & Team. Apologies in this being rather delayed but I just wanted to say a big thank you for your help & assistance with buying our new Mlily 5000 & getting it out to us quickly. The chaps that delivered our mattress were lovely and very helpful. On their recommendation we put some extra support under our wooden base which had a small amount of flex in it. The mattress is brilliant. My partner John has suffered from a bad back for years and has noticed a definite improvement in it already! Happy Customer! Many thanks Victoria”

“Everything about the experience, from walking into the showroom, to placing the order, to delivery has been nothing short of a pleasure. Matt has been brilliant, so were Pat and Dave, who delivered and assembled the beds. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, the drawers underneath are spacious, and the whole experience has been a huge success. I would recommend The Bed and Mattress Centre to anyone.”

“Visited here on the advice of friends. We were welcomed and pointed in the right direction of our needs as were purchasing three mattresses. Very informative, great knowledge and not felt pressured in any way. Delivery was 3 days after purchase. Friendly and polite delivery. Really happy with all the mattresses, and exactly what we wanted.”

“This shop had been very good in the past when I needed a mattress urgently for a relative so I was happy to return. They're so helpful, they listen to what you want and explain clearly what the options are, then they give you time to try some and even offer FaceTime calls if you need to discuss it with your partner. Great service all round, delivery guys were brilliant too”

“We received great advice and were left to try several mattresses before making our decision as to which one was the best. The price was good and delivery was quick and the mattress was unpacked and taken to the room and our old mattress was taken away. Overall an excellent service.”

“Dom was most helpful in helping us choose a new mattress for our campervan. We laid on a few, told him what we were looking for as our current one was far too soft. He even came out to check out what we had to help advise us further. We also then purchased 2 pillows! Would definitely recommend.”
