“We enjoyed our most relaxing holiday ever cruising around the Caribbean on the Seabourn Ovation. Rebecca Rimmer put our package together which contributed to a positive experience from start to finish. It was a 5 star experience.”

“Had a fabulous Caribbean cruise on the beautiful Seabourn Ovation. The suites were lovely and the staff very attentive. Our concierge Rebecca Rimmer did a great job putting the package together and arranging all of the transfers and our pre cruise stay.”

“We're just back from an Explora cruise in the Caribbean which was arranged buy Shirley and all went like clockwork. Airports are the drawback when living in Scotland for travelling to embarkation ports and knowlegible helpful agents like Shirley are essential. “We have recently returned from Silversea cruise. What a revelation. It superseded all expectation. Laura wing has never steered us wrong in all the years she has been our concierge. She certainly wasn’t wrong this time either. She just knows instinctively the type of cruise we enjoy. This cruise was on another level. We will certainly going with silver sea again. It goes without saying we will be using Laura. She is the jewel in your crown.”
