“Simply Wigs always courtesies and professional. My only complaint is they will not exchange wigs. I recently purchased a wig that turned out not to he color I thought I had ordered. Will likely never wear. Expensive mistake. No return policy!”

“I ordered 4 hair clips for my hair topper. I had been quoted £2.50 for 1 somewhere else 😯 which I thought was expensive. I received my order from simply wigs but on the day of arrival, the postman left a card so I could arrange re-delivery 🤔 I wondered how big this parcel was. My postman came back the same day and handed me the envelope, he said he just couldn't push it through the door. When I opened it I was so surprised to find a Ferrero Rocher in a little box. Thank you so much Simply Wigs, what a sweet surprise.”

“I have been using SW for many years now following expensive experiments ordering from abroad and experiencing problems returning items. All of that is easy with SW so I feel confident to order, knowing I can easily return anything I don't like once I try it on at home. “The service from Simply Wigs is just great, I can't fault them. When a wig I had ordered was on back order and wouldn't arrive for 2 weeks, they got in touch with me to see if I was happy to wait or be refunded. I have even sent a couple of my wigs that I don't wear anymore, to which they were very grateful. They have so much information about each style and brand that they stock...this is super helpful when buying a wig online. And, even when I have had to return wigs, due to the colour or style not suiting, they have dealt with it in a timely manner. In what is a very stressful time for myself, they make this process a lot easier.”
