“The luxury break voucher was a gift for my partner. Because of the pandemic, there were major delays in trying to book and the Offpeakluxury team were extremely helpful in securing the hotel booking for us. The phone and email service was responsive, prompt and efficient. I would have no reservations about using Offpeakluxury again.”

“Booked a hotel by calling and speaking to your staff member. I have a voucher and so looked on your website for research purposes. Paula was very helpful as I find I prefer a human being to discuss any little questions not covered on the website.”

“Not used this company before but was recommended by a Hotel we wished to book for an anniversary break. Telephoned to check their credentials ( as there are so many scams around) and received excellent customer service. Very pleasant, helpful lady , polite and courteous. Excellent deal . Very pleased and will use again. Thank you.”

“Really too premature to write a review, but the review request has landed already. Only yesterday, I booked a stay away in the middle of August - so still 10 weeks or so away from now - and today I have received a request to leave a review. All I can say is the hotel looks lovely on the website and the booking was simple to place. We have stayed via OPL in the past and everything went well so we hope for the same again. I also note that the questions in the review template are absurd and really relate to a physical product rather than an activity. Anyway, given that really not much has been done so far in relation to this booking, I cannot give OPL a higher than 3-star rating, even if the end experience turns out to be 5-star. What an odd system to request premature reviews and drive the rating down!”

“Decided on a one night away at a lovely hotel for our forthcoming wedding anniversary. We’ve booked the same hotel where we spent our golden wedding anniversary with friends and family last year. We’ve booked only looked at Off Peak luxury again as our previous experiences have been first class. Yet again we have an excellent deal and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them .”

“Not very impressed that my hotel booking is now in the summer sale… A day after my booking, now 15% cheaper and to cancel my original booking and rebook would cost me 25% to cancel the original booking! Very poor….”
