“Very glad Charles Clinkard sell a wide selection of footwear that is good quality and suitable for a wide foot. I recently ordered online and the shoes are very comfortable and good value. The only negative I have is that Royal Mail was used as a carrier and they did not deliver on the day that was indicated.”

“I needed some comfy trainers for a weekend of walking in Rome as I suffered with Achilles Tendinitis. I called in to my local store in Ilkley and the manager was fantastic, she recommended a few to try and I settled on Fitflop RTG. They are so comfy and I walked 60k steps in them. I’m a new fan of Fitflop.”

“Great choice of footwear and accessories and I found the sandals and cross body bag that I needed at very good prices. So good in fact that I also bought a purse and a phone bag! Delivery was very quick and was by couriers I trust rather than the ubiquitous but dreadful one most retailers use. I'll definitely shop with Charles Clinkard in future.”

“Superb customer service when the delivery of my purchase was delayed by the courier company. Archie took ownership when I emailed Charles Clinkard to inform them my order had not been received. He tracked the parcel and advised it was still in transit and agreed to monitor the situation until resolved. The parcel duly arrived a few days late. I was extremely pleased with my purchase and the excellent service I received from Archie in Customer Service. Not so pleased with the courier who has let me down before, I hasten to add! However, I will have no hesitation in purchasing from Charles Clinkard in the future.”
