“Bought a composite door and chose the option to have a Yale smart lock instead of a traditional lever. The website did not say that they only supply the yale lock without fitting any of the hardware. There is no reason why the hardware cannot be fitted in the factory similar to a normal lever mechanism leaving you to configure the security afterwards. It would have been cheaper for me to buy the door with a normal lever and then buy a yale lock separately. The company offered no resolution. Do not go for the smart lock option as you will pay more for it and still have to fit it yourself.”

I would highly recommend, for example I was given a lead time for some glass that would have been 4-5 weeks. Needing the glass sooner i thought I would ask if a sooner delivery was possible. “Waste of time. I ordered a door and they charged my credit card and then left it 3 weeks before telling me they were "currently out of stock and we do not know when this will be back in, if at all." Like the doors are already made and on the shelf waiting . . . ! The door is, of course, still on their website.”

“Wow what a very efficient company needed some trims to finish off a door I had fitted on my property. Measured up and added what I required into my bin in the evening and placed the order. Good communication super fast delivery as it was delivered the next day even though I thought it was going to be 2 days time. Competitive prices and as I say super fast delivery, so very happy with my purchase.”
