I ordered boardgame Dune: Imperium Uprising. for my husband for Christmas. Delivery was quick, everyting nicely packed. However I was really dissapointed by the fact that the game did not contaib sandworms as pictured on Zatu. I found it misleading. It seams that they send me the game from 2020, while their pictures showed the updated version from 2023. It should not be like that.....

I purchased a game from Zatu. I was mailed internationally and there was a problem with the delivery from the end of the post office. It got mailed back to Zatu and they assured that I would receive a full refund. I still wanted the game and so I went to repurchase it but the price was different. I connected with customer support and they said they were not able to offer the price which I had bought the same game just days before. The only thing that they could say is that this situation is frustrating. This was my first attempt at purchasing a game and might be my last. Simply because of customer support.

Honestly I'm not especially happy about my buy at Zatu. While prices are ok, receiving a box without any protection for the games is a big no for me. I bought 5 games, and the parcel was pretty banged up upon arrival, leaving dents on 3 out of 4 corners on the largest of the games. This could have been prevented, if only Zatu used some protection for the games inside the shipping box. I live in Denmark, so the box travels pretty far, and will often get some dents, and I believe it to be crazy to just have the games lying shifting around in the shipping box all the way from UK to Denmark, expecting the games to show up unharmed. I didn't buy discounted "dinged and dented" games here, but shipping games like this, will often result in the customer getting exactly that, but having paid full price.

I placed order 3 weeks ago. And my package left UK 26.11 and disappeared for 3 weeks. It is nowhere to be found.

The wrong character is pictured in the item I purchased. I was trying to purchase a Bitsy character from disneys superkitties as that was what was displayed in the product image. I received Ginny instead. Please update the image to avoid confusion.

Order 2 weeks late and still no dispatch. I have contacted twice and they say one item is in a different warehouse but even if that is the case it shouldn't take 2 weeks to transfer between their own warehouses. I asked them to ship the rest and they wanted to charge extra, even though it is their mistake. No apologies, only copy paste of a standard 'contact us in 3-5 days' each time. I ended up cancelling the item, to which they said they were glad to be of help

Still awaiting delivery after parcel was returned by Royal Mail after sending to wrong delivery office. I have contacted Zatu 3 times and still no conformation when I will get my order !

There were a few surprise charges that made the final price just ridiculous. Unfortunately the most significant of them was a customs charge of almost 60€ that I had to pay at the time of parcel delivery. This was never indicated anywhere and also I had already paid VAT during my purchase, so had no reason to believe I would have had to pay more taxes. When I contacted the customer service, to be fair they were rather responsive, but the final answer was more like a joke, with them sounding as though they had come back to me with a solution, but this was to refund the VAT paid at the time of checkout, which was under €7. In the end, between shipping and surprise taxes, I paid €252.53 for €168.95 worth of manuals. I guess it's just not worth to shop from a UK-based company. Thanks, Brexit.

I have been a customer for quite a few years and have spent a considerable amount of money with Zatu so here are my thoughts. The company has a very good range of stock at competitive and attractive prices and I have bought regularly from them. Delivery can be unpredictable and slow at times and certainly not as good as some of their competitors. The issue I have is with their poor customer service. When a problem does arise, they are slow to respond and show a total disregard for customer service. Their website states that queries are resolved in ‘under an hour’. This is nonsense - it takes them almost a week to respond to queries. I had recently placed an order for over £330 and 2 days after the items were delivered to me, they sent me a promotional email offering some of the same items in a sale at greatly reduced prices. I queried it with them but the customer service representative was unhelpful and not really interested in my issue and unlike many other retailers in a similar situation, they were unwilling to do anything about it, even as a gesture of goodwill. Given their attitude to my query, I cancelled an outstanding pre-order I had placed almost a year ago only to be told they could only refund me by bank transfer and it could take up to 10 working days for me to receive the payment. It seems that unlike the rest of us, in 2024 Zatu are unable to do same day bank transfers. I can see why on the review section of their website that refunds are described by reviewers as being 'difficult'. I asked to speak to the owner and they wouldn’t give me his contact details so if you are reading this Simon Budd, please know that your customer care is very poor and there is more to running a retail business than just generating sales. So in summary and trying to provide a fair review, I think that Zatu offer a great range of games at attractive prices and are a very sales focussed organisation but be aware that if something goes wrong, don’t expect to receive good quality customer service in resolving matters.

Took 3 months to complete my order and I saw items come in and out of stock and my order didn't arrive. Got it now but event I planned to use it for have been and gone.

Game arrived crumpled on one side, lucky for me non of the components got damaged and the front of the box looks decent. I get international shipping can get rough but just a flimsy carboard wrap probably isn't enough, please improve that.

The product, when it arrived, was in good condition and delighted my daughter. However it missed her birthday by 11 days even though I ordered it 13 days before. In short it took 24 days to arrive. I was not expecting next day delivery but this was extreme! So product good, delivery time not so good!

Prices are good and delivery quick. Customer care is not existing though. I bought a game once with a damage component inside, emailed Zatu but never got a reply.

My copy of Ra arrived with a damaged box. The quality of the outer shipping packaging wasnt really enough to protect the product from basic bumps during transit.

Items arrived quickly. Pokémon tins were sealed however my partner opened them yesterday, and with the Tyranitar V tin and packs, he scanned the QR codes for the online TCG and it came up that 2 out of 4 had already been claimed, which leads me to think they were potentially resealed as I can’t think of any reason why this would happen. Disappointed and won’t buy from again just in case.
