“I received my order today of 2 Neca figures. They both arrived damaged, the perspex has been warped and the cardboard inside is bent badly. I contacted customer service and explained the issue to them along with photos. Their response was that their policy did not cover any damage to boxes or packaging, so I am left with 2 damaged items. The whole point of collecting figures is that they are in perfect condition. Buyers need to be aware that no matter what condition your item comes in you will unfortunately be stuck with it. Very poor service.”

“I ordered Gloomhaven Buttons & Bugs from Zatu. The ordering process was easy. It shipped from the UK to Lithuania with no problems and quickly arrived. I will purchase games from them in the future. In fact, I pre-ordered Battle for Hoth!! I cannot wait!!”
