“Zatu pozwoliło mi na zakup unikatowego produktu po przystępnej cenie. Wysyłka za granicę trwała dłużej niż zapowiedziano ale nie jest to wina sklepu bo towar wyjechał na drugi dzień po zamówieniu.”

“Very pleased with my purchase. The items themselves are good quality and arrived quickly. I've marked as 4 due to a lack of communication in regards to sending this item. My order contained a pre order and this was shipped at least a week after the release date. When I got in touch with customer service they sorted this out promptly and arrived the next day.”

“Apparently structural damage is classed as acceptable for b-grade outlet items, which are usually not eligible for a refund. I tried to dispute this but the customer service team claims a large, structural puncture hole in the front of the box (out of which pieces will fall) still only counts as a perfectly acceptable b-grade ‘cosmetic’ ‘tear’. I will never order from this company again”

“Order am item in January and 6 months later it has yet to come. Right after I ordered it, it went out of stock so I assumed I got the last one. A few days after the arrival date I emailed them trying to get info on my package. They were great with customer service and replied saying as soon as they get it back in stock it’d be sent out. Periodicity throughout the next 5 months I was in contact trying to get information on it and they replied. I was VERY patient with this item because it meant a lot to the person I bought it for. The last time I emailed them (a week ago), I asked for a refund. Now suddenly they can’t respond and I go through a long debacle with my bank just for them to say the purchase was too long ago and they can’t do anything. So basically all the time and effort I put into this $20 toy wouldn’t even be worth it if it was $100 toy. Overall I’m just tired of it and say but at your own risk.”
