“DO NOT BUY HERE! I placed two orders – a preorder and a backorder – and in both cases, the estimated shipping dates on the product pages were not met. After reaching out via email, I was told the delays were due to supplier issues. I replied for further clarification but received no follow-up. I then had to chase them through live chat, where again, no useful updates were given, though I must say, in the age of AI, I appreciated that at least I managed to speak to a human… What’s most disappointing is the lack of accountability or even a gesture of goodwill. No updates, no reassurance, and certainly no compensation.”
