“I know these guys come in for a bit of stick on social media, and maybe some of it is justified, but my personal experience is a good one. Lots of orders, no issues with shipments, Kickstarter order fulfilment has been well communicated and worked. They have expanded quickly, so I think teething problems will arise with any company in such circumstances. I for one, can forgive a few errors.”

“I have never received an order the next day (usually within a week) but have come to live with that and accept it's often delays with royal mail. However, i have a recent order that is stretching my goodwill. Current order was placed 2 weeks ago. Estimated delivery was 6 to 13 days. Have passed estimated delivery and haven't heard anything.”
